Sorry, I don’t really remember that part in Outcast too well because I read that book back in Summer 2009. But it’s a really good book, one of my favorites. I think I’ll have to re-read that book.

You used to be able to use the drop-down page list to access those spilling to page 2 and beyond.
But this has not been working for the last few days — the drop down just shows the number 1
even thought there are several other pages for some entries.
