Hi Fiona! I was wondering why the button to invite people to my house does not work. My friend’s doesn’t either! We thought we just had to both be deluxe, so we tried that, and it does not work. :( Why isn’t it working?? Can you please fix it? – bubbashuka
Hi, bubbashuka! This question has been answered before, but it seems to be coming up a lot recently. Since Webkinz X, no one has been able to invite anyone to their houses. That functionality has not yet been added back in, though it is being worked on. We hope to have it soon, since inviting friends over is so much fun!
Fiona, do you think the Ganz eStore would ever award you free eStore points if you spent a certain amount of money? Like for every $30 you spend on plush pets during a year, you get 10,000 eStore points for free? Something like that would be cool! I would be more motivated to buy plush from the Ganz eStore than say ebay or Amazon if we were rewarded with eStore points. – Cherrycheesecake
Thanks for your question, Cherrycheesecake. Your suggestion has been passed on to the Ganz eStore team. In the meantime, you may also want to watch our Amazon store for specials — sometimes our plush pets are bundled with extra eStore points (sometimes referred to as Deluxe points).
I remember when the pet if the month video gave you a prize for answering questions at the end of the video. I just started back pkaying after being gone for a couple yes. I cant get them to play on my phone. Or on my laptop. Is there something i need to up date. There was a Go Go Googles wallpaper as one if the prizes and i really want to win it again. Thanks. Hi, Mrchaka! Unfortunately, the Watch and Win videos stopped working on Webkinz Newz, so they were replaced with just the plain videos for the songs. But fear not! If you check out the Movie Theater on the Kinzville Map, you can find a different Watch and Win video each week. It may take a while, but your favorite video should appear back there eventually.

Fiona, you know how when Webkinz first switched over to Webkinz X and family score we automatically were given a score based on things like how many pets you have, etc.? Why don’t we get a family score bonus every time we adopt a new pet? Thanks for listening to us!
Hi Fiona! Happy Spring! I was wondering if you could update the Webkinz “Kick It” Soccer Challenge EASIER? I have only gotten one score and it stinks because I cannot seem to get another.
You are doing better than me, FiercePhoenix. I’ve played that game for nearly 10 years & have never scored, not once. Perhaps a new tutorial is in order? I know people manage to win things on that game because I’ve seen the soccer nets in a couple of room designs but I sure don’t know how they do it.
Will there ever be able to be more than 10 people in one clubhouse room? Maybe 15 people in one room. Thanks! :)
Hi Fiona! Any updates on the Family Score heart points? I stopped filling my hearts because I have over 1,000,000 and there are no new prizes. When can we expect more?

Hi, Fiona–Happy Spring! Thanks for answering our questions; I have one for you. It seems the Nix have invaded Webkinz World–some of the ads make the game stop functioning. When it happens it’s usually in the arcade; I can’t do anything in game and have to exit by closing my browser window. Is this a fixable glitch?
Can you please make the webkinz soccer challenge easier? I’ve only made it like once and it’s really, really hard. And if you don’t, at least make the prizes better?
I know what you mean. I do not like that and don’t play it anymore. I know it would not be fun if it was easy but it is just annoying.
It used to be a playable game, but at some update months and months ago, it changed and now there is no way to score. I also stopped playing. I don’t really understand the point of making it harder.
There is a trick. Only let the bar go down once. Before it starts back up, kick toward the side of the kangaroo nearest the side of the frame.

Am upset :( – Can NOT play Wheel & Wish Well – The whole screen is Black THEN Your Advertisement comes up and just sits there :( Does nothing ! ! Can NOT go from room to room same thing happens :( Every time you put the 15 sec Ad on the big screen this happens. Put it on the side PLEASE. PLEASE PLEASE FIX IT OR GET RID OF IT PLEASE. PLEASE fix The Wish Factory!! It keeps says some items, (Blue fall season window, Blue Flowery Greenhouse) Are 200 Wish tokens! THATS CRAZY! pleaaaase fix it! Thanks
That is the price for them it is not a mistake
I am saving my wish tokens indefinitely. They want waaaaaaay to many tokens for the items. I have been playing for a long, long, time. The tokens required is ridiculous. It will take a lifetime to get enough for some of the items
I know! Some aren’t even worth that many tokens even if I really want it!!!
