Hi Fiona! I was wondering why the button to invite people to my house does not work. My friend’s doesn’t either! We thought we just had to both be deluxe, so we tried that, and it does not work. :( Why isn’t it working?? Can you please fix it? – bubbashuka
Hi, bubbashuka! This question has been answered before, but it seems to be coming up a lot recently. Since Webkinz X, no one has been able to invite anyone to their houses. That functionality has not yet been added back in, though it is being worked on. We hope to have it soon, since inviting friends over is so much fun!
Fiona, do you think the Ganz eStore would ever award you free eStore points if you spent a certain amount of money? Like for every $30 you spend on plush pets during a year, you get 10,000 eStore points for free? Something like that would be cool! I would be more motivated to buy plush from the Ganz eStore than say ebay or Amazon if we were rewarded with eStore points. – Cherrycheesecake
Thanks for your question, Cherrycheesecake. Your suggestion has been passed on to the Ganz eStore team. In the meantime, you may also want to watch our Amazon store for specials — sometimes our plush pets are bundled with extra eStore points (sometimes referred to as Deluxe points).
I remember when the pet if the month video gave you a prize for answering questions at the end of the video. I just started back pkaying after being gone for a couple yes. I cant get them to play on my phone. Or on my laptop. Is there something i need to up date. There was a Go Go Googles wallpaper as one if the prizes and i really want to win it again. Thanks. Hi, Mrchaka! Unfortunately, the Watch and Win videos stopped working on Webkinz Newz, so they were replaced with just the plain videos for the songs. But fear not! If you check out the Movie Theater on the Kinzville Map, you can find a different Watch and Win video each week. It may take a while, but your favorite video should appear back there eventually.

HI Fiona, I am having an issue with the Ganz World Arcade Games. Whenever I click on one, like the word search, it goes to a waiting screen but never does anything else. I’m on an iPad though, so would that be the reason as to why it doesn’t load?
Well the Advertisement is back :( Why ? ? It is not working. It is Much Longer than the sec it is to be. It finally gets done and starts up again. :( :( I wish you would sell ALL the Animals in stores. I can not use credit card for animals on the computer soooo I can Not get the special ones. Oh My :( :(

Are the updates on items done now or does it continue? My Petal Print Shower which I bought from the estore approx. 1 1/2 years ago still will not show in my room. The only way I know it is there is that my pet sits in the blank spot when she walks to that place.

Dear Fiona – When will the rest of the items be fixed? I have pools that pets can no longer swim in and many, many items that no longer work – When can we expect items to be fixed? If they are not going to be fixed – will we be allowed to return them to the ganz store and purchase something else? thank you

got the Morgan Fairy…but can’t find it…what does it do? Also, need new prizes for picking up trash…and nobody ever answers when I ask how to dig in Adventure Park…Help
You can find Morgan Fairy by going to the Clubhouse and clicking on the Buddy interface in the top left corner. You will only see buddies flying around in the Clubhouse right now. If you’re out of dig spaces in Adventure Park, contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com to reset them.
You have to pick up trash in the KinzVille Park, not the Adventure Park…
Hi Fiona, thanks for this amazing service! I’ve been wondering for some time now, will we ever be able to sell out extra items we collected in Alyssa’s Star Challenge and Gem Collecting? I know Ganz made the Nafaria trading game and Doug the Dog Trading as well. The problem is, I saved up a bunch of extra items to trade for the prizes, but now I have a ton of extras still leftover. Would we ever be able to sell these? Thanks again!
