Hi Fiona! I was wondering why the button to invite people to my house does not work. My friend’s doesn’t either! We thought we just had to both be deluxe, so we tried that, and it does not work. :( Why isn’t it working?? Can you please fix it? – bubbashuka
Hi, bubbashuka! This question has been answered before, but it seems to be coming up a lot recently. Since Webkinz X, no one has been able to invite anyone to their houses. That functionality has not yet been added back in, though it is being worked on. We hope to have it soon, since inviting friends over is so much fun!
Fiona, do you think the Ganz eStore would ever award you free eStore points if you spent a certain amount of money? Like for every $30 you spend on plush pets during a year, you get 10,000 eStore points for free? Something like that would be cool! I would be more motivated to buy plush from the Ganz eStore than say ebay or Amazon if we were rewarded with eStore points. – Cherrycheesecake
Thanks for your question, Cherrycheesecake. Your suggestion has been passed on to the Ganz eStore team. In the meantime, you may also want to watch our Amazon store for specials — sometimes our plush pets are bundled with extra eStore points (sometimes referred to as Deluxe points).
I remember when the pet if the month video gave you a prize for answering questions at the end of the video. I just started back pkaying after being gone for a couple yes. I cant get them to play on my phone. Or on my laptop. Is there something i need to up date. There was a Go Go Googles wallpaper as one if the prizes and i really want to win it again. Thanks. Hi, Mrchaka! Unfortunately, the Watch and Win videos stopped working on Webkinz Newz, so they were replaced with just the plain videos for the songs. But fear not! If you check out the Movie Theater on the Kinzville Map, you can find a different Watch and Win video each week. It may take a while, but your favorite video should appear back there eventually.

There isn’t anywhere for me to ask this… (there’s no ‘General’ or something in the Questions forum…) so if anyone could answer, that would be nice. So it’s 6:30 where I live. On Webkinz [KT], it’s 9:30. Is this normal, for KT to be 3 hours ahead of real time? It’s annoying to log in and have 3 hours already passed… past my time… so I’m just not sure if this is normal, or if I set my time wrong when I made my account. Thanks Oxo
I guess it’s Ganz’s time zone since they’re in Canada, but maybe the time zones can be changed…?
KinzTime is tied to EDT/EST on North American accounts, as that’s the timezone where Ganz Studios is located.
Oh, really? I always thought it was automatically changed to the time zone that you live in. I guess I’m lucky that my time zone is EST then. =P

Hi Fiona, I was recently doing daily quests (the short ones) in the Adventure Park and was sent to 2 rooms to find 2 items. I found one item in one room and completely cleared the other room but no item, I went back to the first room and cleared it as well and no item. There is no other rooms to go to and I can’t finish my quest so I can’t start a new one. What do I do?
Hi Fiona I was wondering if it would be possible for deluxe membership renewal to be able to pick from 2 pets instead of, this is what you get. Twice now I have liked the pets that just retired better then the new one and my subscription has run out just after the change. I tried to renew early to get the pet I liked but just got a message that my membership hasn’t run out yet so I couldn’t renew yet. : (

You must have started webkinz just recently. Webkinz X was something that happened, I think, a year or two ago. Webkinz didn’t always look the way it does now! They changed and “modernized” it. Webkinz X was the name for the project of modernizing Webkinz. Webkinz X caused a lot of glitches for the website, which they are still working on fixing.
Never mind! No. I am not new. I have been playing since I was 4 years old. I jut forgot. :/ I miss the ‘old webkinz…’ but I like the ‘new webkinz,’ too!
Hi Fiona! I love ‘Floaty’ events on WW but dislike constantly watching the screen for them. So, I try to fill the time with reading or doing puzzles, etc. I look up often but not always in time. If the floaties could be preceded by a sound of some kind (the sounds could even be customized to the kind of floaty for time-of-year/holiday-themed, etc.!) we would be forewarned and not miss out. So, is there any chance that upgrade could be implemented at some future point in time? :-)

I wish we could have yards that stay winter all year long. Winter yards are ruined when spring comes to Webkinz World, plus it’s bad enough spring (and summer) happen in offline life. I’d love some respite from all this nasty hot weather that only gets worse in the next months. Winter forever!
It would be the best of both worlds to have winter outdoor rooms stay winter all year long as I agree that winter rooms look out of place when spring comes. However the same holds true for spring and summer rooms when there is snow on the ground. Guess we can’t have both OR can we?
maybe when we buy a room we can have a choice of what season the room will be!! Then it will stay that season forever!!

Fiona-I want to thank webkinz for letting us put our coins in trunks, etc, for storage. It helps clean up my dock. Now how about the same for coupons?

Good questions! I also have been wondering when the “inviting friends over” feature will be fixed. It’s something I definitely miss! And that’s a great suggestion, Cherrycheesecake! I would definitely buy off of the eStore if they did that.
