5-WORD SPELL CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

CONTEST OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF CANADA AND THE USA (some exclusions apply).

These are the Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”) for the ‘5-word Spell Contest’ (the “Contest”) offered by Ganz (the “Sponsor”). By entering, each entrant (the “Entrant”) is deemed to have agreed to follow the Rules. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.

1. The Contest begins on Monday, April 25th, 2011 at 3:00pm EST and ends on Friday, April 29th, 2011 at 5:00pm EST (“Contest Submission Period”).

2. To win, the Entrant must be one of the first Entrants who correctly enter the secret 5-word phrase as instructed on Twitter.com during the Contest Submission Period (the “Submission”).

3. There are 30 prizes available to be won consisting of a virtual castle tower from Ganz eStore (the “Prize”). Twenty Prizes will be awarded through Twitter.com.

4. The approximate Ganz eStore value of each Prize is 2,000 eStore Points (1,500 for Ganz eStore Deluxe Advantage customers). The odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of Submissions received during the Contest Submission Period and whether the Submission is received by the Sponsor among the first 30 on Twitter.

HOW TO ENTER:

5. Visit http://twitter.com/webkinz (“Twitter”) and follow the instructions within the 5-Word Spell Contest posted on Webkinz Newz. ( https://webkinznewz.ganzworld.com/turn-your-webkinz-into-royalty-by-finding-the-secret-words/)

6. A maximum of one (1) Submission per person during the Contest Submission Period by either method is allowed. Entering the phrase once constitutes a single Submission. If the Sponsor determines that an Entrant has attempted to enter more than one (1) time combined by any method, all Submissions from that person will be void. Submissions will be rejected if they are not fully completed or received by the Sponsor during the Contest Submission Period, or if they do not comply with the Rules, as determined in the sole and final discretion of the Sponsor.

ELIGIBILITY:

7. This Contest is open to residents of Canada and the USA who have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or territory of residence at the time of Submission. If the Entrant is a child under the age of majority, his or her Submission must be entered by his/her parent or legal guardian. Residents of the Province of Quebec, States of New York and Florida are excluded from participation in the Contest.

8. You are not eligible if you are an employee of Sponsor, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries or related companies, advertising or promotional agencies or a member of the immediate family of any such employee. For the purpose of the Contest, “immediate family” includes spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons and daughters, whether living in the same household or not.

GRAND PRIZE:

9. Delivery of the Prize will be to the Winner’s Facebook inbox or through the Twitter direct message system as indicated in the Entrant’s Submission, within thirty (30) days of being declared a Winner.

10. The Prize must be activated on www.webkinz.com within sixty (60) days of the award or it will be forfeited with no liability whatsoever to the Sponsor, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries or related companies and its advertising or promotional agencies.

11. The Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the Prize or prize component of equal or greater value. The odds of winning the Prize depend upon the number and quality of Submissions received during the Contest Submission Period. WINNER SELECTION:

12. The first 30 Entrants on Twitter.com that correctly input the 5-word phrase during the Contest Submission Period will be selected as winners (“Winners”). Submissions that do not comply with these Rules as determined solely by the Sponsor will be disqualified.

13. No correspondence will be entered into except with the Winners. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all Entrants without right of appeal.

14. The Sponsor will use the Winner’s personal information for identified purposes only and in a manner that is consistent with its Privacy Policy, posted on www.webkinz.com.

15. Submissions will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holders of the Facebook and/or Twitter accounts. “Authorized Account Holder” shall be the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

GENERAL:

16. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, and/or modify, amend or suspend the Contest and/or the Rules in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.

17. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected Submissions or for any failure of any website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any Submission to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to the Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from up-loading or down-loading any material in connection with the Contest.

18. By entering, each Entrant agrees to abide by these Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

19. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and federal laws applicable therein excluding any rule or principle of conflicts of law that may provide otherwise. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

20. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, web pages and promotional materials are owned by the Sponsor or its licensors. All rights are reserved. Any unauthorized reproduction of any intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
