The griddle class is a ton of fun – but it can be a bit tricky! The best advice I can give you is this: keep an eye on those pancakes! You want to flip them as soon as they get to the golden brown stage. Don’t wait too long or they’ll be burnt – and if you flip them too soon, they’ll be undercooked.
