feature something different each week; sometimes it could be a free item, sometimes a sale on a category of items or pets. Maybe even a spend your Points event or a Pre-sale on specified pets or items before they become available to everyone else!

    Is anyone else having trouble with their eStore accounts? Every time I try to log in, I get an error message saying “We have noticed you have not used this account for quite a while. Please contact our Customer Service department to reactivate your account or please create a new eStore account if you wish.” I last made a purchase two weeks ago, and I have literally thousands of eStore points (I was gifted a big package of them for the holidays), so I can’t just create a new account. Anyway, enjoy the fireplace sale! I wish I could.

        Sally I am getting a message about unauthorized communication when I try to log in. I can’t get in at all to do my valentine stuff. What should I do? My sister is not here to help me and she nows all about log in stuff but I dont now how to fix it. Please help me. Tghank you

          I try lots of ways to make my log in work but I can only log in on my moms phone but I cant get my hearts or go to the club that way. My friend got that message to. Can you fix it before my bedtime please. I don’t want to miss my hearts today or miss the good stuff for today. Thank you for helping me and my friend and my family. We love our pets and I get to have a new white dog for my valentine. I can’t think of a name yet for it.

        I did. I’m waiting to hear back. But now all of a sudden, it won’t even let me log into the game. If I open Webkinz on my computer, I get an error message that reads “An unauthorized attempt to intercept Webkinz communications was detected. To protect your account your session was terminated. Please try again later.” But it couldn’t have “terminated [my] session” because I had quit Webkinz earlier and was trying to log back in. This message pops up as soon as the login screen loads. It won’t even let me attempt to log in. Frankly, I’m pretty upset about not being able to play this game on any of the accounts that I pay to keep active, not to mention my fairly expensive deluxe account. And this is on top of not being able to log into my eStore account. Is anyone else having issues?

    Do they still give out E-store points in the e-store when you sign up for deluxe? I signed up for deluxe on 3 accounts on the 1st of last month and still haven’t gotten any e-store points.

      RosyKitten YES you still receive eStore points every month that you have an active Deluxe Membership. If you have not received your eStore points yet you need to contact ganzestorecs@ganz.com For each active Deluxe Membership that you have you are suppose to receive Free eStore points 3,000 per month & 5,000 Bonus points on sign-up.

      RosyKitten I forgot to mention that I always get my points the 2nd of every month around 3:00 am they are added to my account.

    Fireplaces, why did it have to be fireplaces – one of my weaknesses. Heading over to the eStore now with a mixture of excitement and surrender. ;-)
