Happy Thursday everyone! It’s been ages and I’ve missed you all. I’m back with more babies, and finally the video from the last Spark Party we had right before my vacation.
First up this week is this yellow-green ellie… doesn’t hurt that tomorrow is Elephant Appreciation Day! With the virtual elephant being available for the first time, I’m certainly hoping to see some beautiful elephant babies in the showcase tomorrow. This one has a lovely combination of cool colors — I like the soft blue feet with the darker blue eyes, the soft green in the body and the darker green in the ears. And of course you can’t go wrong with zebra stripes!
I love this intense purple on the fawn, which gets an interesting twist with the yorkie back pattern. I also love the yorkie pet patch here — a nice big pop of white. The warm spring fawn horns are an interesting contrast to the mostly cool color scheme, especially since they go so well with those light gold eyes.
The twinkling stars on this pet is so cute! Who doesn’t like ice cream at night? The contrasting yellow feathers are so bold, especially with the red eyes, and the mushroom on the shoulder ties both together! It’s always interesting when the Pixie Tiger gets regular tiger stripes instead, and those golden ears are pretty sweet.
Here we have another Pixie Tiger! This ruby color is so bold, and it’s cute how the rainbow ear flair subtly changes the color of the back of the ears. Instead of feathers, this baby gets spring fawn horns! I love these hybrid pets and the ear color is mesmerizing. The blue pixie house pet patch is a nice contrast with the otherwise very rosy pet!
Now this Pixie Tiger is the adorable pink, but looks so different with some panda traits! I love the mixture of brown and pink — it coordinates so well with the darker ears that already come with this base color! ANd of course I can’t resist those green eyes… and those purple feathers are adorable!
This wonderfully intensely colored sloth just feels SO cheerful. The silver eyes from the Pinkalicious Pig looks so cool with the silver eye patches around the eyes. The little patches of moss add some fun color throughout, and that cookie pet patch is good enough to eat!
We’re ending this week with another kind of jackalope! I love how tiny the feathers are on this bunny — I guess that makes it a Pixie Bunny? I love the subtle bits of blue and purple throughout, and that midnight tulip pet patch looks so cool. Between the fun face pattern and the Pixie Tiger back pattern, this hybrid bunny has a totally unique look!
And now it’s time for the video from our last Spark Party!
