Eureka! Hello Kinzville, it’s your new mayor, Goober! Looks like it’s time once again to tell you all about what’s new and exciting in Webkinz Classic for the next few weeks! Let’s check it out:
- The Dino Days theme has arrived! This new WShop room theme designed by player tigerlili5 for our latest fan design contest is now available to all players! If you’ve been saving up your coupons, now is the time to shop and save! Time for some dino-rific decorating fun!
- Meet Holly Hopper in the Clubhouse Garden Center room (desktop app only) from Thursday, May 9th until Sunday, May 19th! Click on Holly once a day to receive a random NEW harvestable potted plant, including a Potted Chili Pepper Plant, a Potted Yellow Cherry Tomato Plant, or a Potted Mini Cucumber Plant! Get growing to the Clubhouse!
- We’re running another Fashion Week 2 event from Saturday, May 11th until Friday, May 17th! During those dates, look for the floating Garment Bag and click on it for a free piece of Fashion Week clothing! Combine Fashion Week clothing in the KinzStyle Outlet’s Clothing Machine (desktop app only) to make new outfits for your pet!
- Our next Player Appreciation Day for Webkinz Classic AND Webkinz Next is on Thursday, May 16th! On that day, log in to your Webkinz Classic account on the desktop app and visit Today’s Activities to receive your special prize for May: a Gerbera Daisy Dress! On Webkinz Next, look for the prize notification in your Message Center at the top right corner of the screen. PLEASE NOTE, this month’s prize CANNOT be traded, sent, and sold on Webkinz Classic.
- May’s Deluxe Day is on Friday, May 17th! When the day arrives, just visit the Today’s Activities schedule on the Webkinz Classic desktop app to get your special prize for May: A Butterfly Topiary!
- From Monday, May 20th, until Friday, May 31st, look for the floating Magic W to appear on your screen. When you click it, you’ll receive a random pack of seeds to plant in your yard and harvest every few days. There’s even a chance you’ll receive a NEW pack of Growing Garden Yellow Bell Pepper Seeds! It’s going to be a great way to get your garden growing!
- There’s a new Wacky Weekend Bullseye Batter Challenge starting on Friday, May 24th! If you complete all the tasks in this challenge before Sunday, May 26th, you’ll receive a pair of returning prizes: a Framed Bat and a Chocolate Wacky Trophy!
- Starting June 1st and running until the end of August, you can have your pet join the Martial Arts Challenge and work their way towards earning a Black Belt! This is a long, multi-part challenge, so keep your eye on Webkinz Newz as we approach the end of May for more information about this exciting new challenge!
- The Deluxe monthly challenge for June starts on SATURDAY, JUNE 1ST! If Deluxe Members complete all the tasks before the end of June, they’ll receive a Playing Card Floor Tile, along with a NEW Mahogany Bunk Bed!
- The June WShop challenge also starts on SATURDAY, JUNE 1ST! If you complete all the tasks before the end of June, you’ll receive a Condo Room Divider, along with a NEW Stylish Condo Sink!
- In June, Deluxe Members will receive their monthly gift box containing a Deluxe Medallion Gift Box filled with pet medallions, the Farm Fresh Theme Gift Box which you can use to choose an item from the Farm Fresh room theme, a Wish Token—and of course—the month’s special clothing prize: some Neo Gothic Shoes!

- If your pet really wants something special, make sure you drop by the Kinzville Park (desktop app only) on Saturday, May 11th and Sunday, May 12th! Look for the Avocado Toast Tree Dispenser in the park and then click on it to collect some Everything Avocado Toast each day! If your pet still craves this tasty treat, you can pick up your own Avocado Toast Tree Dispenser at the Ganz eStore!
- We are also running another Bake Sale 1 event in the Webkinz Classic Kinzville Park starting TODAY. The Bake Sale 1 Stand will continue to appear whenever there are no other events on in the Kinzville Park until June 4th! Visit the Kinzville Park each day to look for the stand each day and if you see it, click on it to get your gift box. Inside you’ll find a random baked good which you can either feed to your pet, or you can use it in a stove recipe to create a special prize! You can find all the recipes in the Bake Sale 1 Cookbook, available in the “Books” section of the WShop, under “Fun Stuff”.
- We’ve updated our prize wheels, and once again, there’s a NEW item to be won on the Wheel of Wow AND the mobile Wheel of WOW! You have until June 4th to spin and win a NEW Bright Boho Dress! We also have some returning prizes on the Wheel of Deluxe, and the Vacation Wheel!

Exactly what I came here to see about. Hopefully they’ll reschedule it for soon. I rushed to get mine adopted because I thought I almost missed out, only to find it was missing from the rosters in the US and UK both. Yikes!

No, it’s NOT!!! Did not receive my PKN boxes on 2 of my accounts. 2 others misssing flowers and on more than one day! Problems only started after Update. Please fix. Thank you!
pepsi4324, have you checked any of your accounts for duplicate as well as missing prizes? If you are logging in from the top right corner log in link, your prizes may go haywire into who knows what accounts you have or are connected to. And this has been happening to me since the pumpkin pie collection, for sure, not the most recent update. Here’s a work-around I recently figured out that may help, I hope it does. Don’t log in ahead of time — click the flower or meal or LAST PKN pet when it says Congratulations, THEN log in from there when it prompts. Once you are logged in that way, getting the rest of the prizes should work out and go to the intended accounts. So far it has worked for me this collection. During the infamous Pumpkin Pie event, we ended up with one account TEN slices out of sync from the other accounts. It’s craziness.
Basically make sure you are logging in to/with your actual webkinz account, not a webkinz newz user name/account attached to your webkinz account. That seems to be the trick.
Oh no, it is definitely still all kinds of messed up.

since the update I have a terrible time logging into webkinz news. it takes several attempts to get in. Will this be fixed?
New challenges, etc. are great; but I would love to understand why there are so many issues every time there is an update. Currently, the peek-a-newz, flower, and meal can’t easily be obtained due to the “log in” pop up not working correctly. Does Webkinz not test the updates before releasing them? Issues happen in Next as well as Classic. I love both games and hope that updates in the future can be “de-bugged” before release.
If it happens again, try refreshing your browser without closing anything, and try logging in again. I can’t promise it will work for you, but it did for me.

Had the same problem. I went to the “Events” page and clicked on the food item, had problem when box loaded to enter info. I closed the box and reloaded the page to click on to get the box. Got messages that I was unfamiliar with. But, I just closed the login box and kept reloading the page until that login message was gone. Sometimes it would read that the login had timed out. But, I just kept reloading the same page that you click on to get the login box and, eventually, I could get it to work. Took me 7 or 8 times on several of my accounts. But, I did get it to work. May want to try that. Good Luck! Hope it works for you!
