Update #373: What’s New!

 

Hey there! It’s time for more fun and adventure, Kinzville! Here’s a look at what we’ve got planned for the next few weeks:

 

 

• I’ve added 3 NEW epic items to the Webkinz Classic Curio Shop! These super-exclusive items can only be found in the Curio Shop’s random rotation of stock. Even though they are not labeled as “rare”, they are the most expensive items ever found in Webkinz World. So, if you’ve been collection your KinzCash, watch for one of these NEW items to randomly appear. For more information, you can check out our earlier sneak peek Newz story here.

 

 

• A cool new Kinzville Sewing Club Event starts this Friday! Running from May 9th – 18th, look for the floating Sewing Club Gift Basket. Click on it to receive 3 random colors of thread. When you combine the different threads in the KinzStyle Outlet’s Clothing Machine, you’ll craft some cool NEW prizes! Look for the Sewing Club Handbook in the WShop to find all of the new combinations and prizes! Read our earlier sneak peek story here.

 

 

• We’re also running another new event that’s sure to grow on you in the Clubhouse Garden Center! From May 11th until May 29th, visit Holly Hopper and click on her to receive 1 of 3 random potted plants. Each of the plants grows a unique herb. You can then combine each herb with honey and bottled water on any stove to create a refreshing new tea for your pet!

 

 

• May’s Deluxe Day is on Friday, May 16th! When the day arrives, just visit the Today’s Activities schedule on the Webkinz Classic desktop app to get your special prize for May: A Game Board Fridge!

 

 

• Our next Player Appreciation Day for Webkinz Classic AND Webkinz Next is on Friday, May 23rd! Log in to your Webkinz Classic account on the desktop app and visit the Today’s Activities schedule to automatically get your special prize for May: A Violet Dress! On Webkinz Next, look for the prize notification in your Message Center at the top right corner of the screen. PLEASE NOTE, this month’s prize CAN NOT be traded, sent, and sold on Webkinz Classic.

 

 

• We’re running a CampKinz Challenge from Monday, May 26th until Sunday, June 15th! During those dates, if you complete all the tasks, you’ll win receive a CampKinz Life Jacket, along with a NEW CampKinz Bus!

 

 

• We’re running another Wacky Weekend event from Friday, May 30th, until Sunday, June 1st! During this event, play Wacky Zingoz in the Webkinz Classic Arcade on the desktop app and hit Wacky 600 feet or more to win a Super Slugger 600 Trophy. This is your LAST CHANCE to win this trophy as we will be retiring it after this event.

 

 

• The Deluxe monthly challenge for June starts on SUNDAY, JUNE 1ST! If Deluxe Members complete all the tasks before the end of June, they’ll receive a NEW Sunny City Wallpaper and Flooring!

 

 

• We’ll also be running a NEW Webkinz Host challenge with Daisy Doe starting on SUNDAY, JUNE 1ST! If you complete all the tasks before the end of June, you’ll receive a Daisy’s Diner Cookbook, along with a NEW Daisy’s Diner Billboard!

 

 

• We will be running a whole NEW 8-part Adventure Challenge throughout the Summer! From June 1st until August 31st, look for the challenge icon to appear in your pet’s room. Once you complete each part of the challenge, you’ll earn an adventure hat for your pet to show off to their friends. At the end of the challenge, you’ll also earn an Adventure Bravery Plaque to place on your pet’s wall and show off your accomplishment!

 

 

• In June, Deluxe Members will receive their monthly gift box containing a Deluxe Medallion Gift Box filled with pet medallions, the Farm Fresh Theme Gift Box which you can use to choose an item from the Farm Fresh room theme, a Wish Token—and of course—the month’s special clothing prize: some Neo Gothic Heels!

 

 

• We’re running another DIY Design Event from Monday, June 2nd until Sunday, June 10th! Collect wall paints from the floating paint can and then combine them together with a DIY Design Ticket and a DIY Divider in the KinzStyle Outlet’s Clothing Machine to create some new and returning room dividers for the Regency, City Styling, and Creative Studio room themes!

 

 

• If you’ve adopted a Marmoset from the Ganz eStore, collect a FREE Breezy Banana?? Box from the Today’s Activities schedule (desktop app only) on Saturday, May 10th and Sunday, May 11th! Inside you’ll find something special from the Ganz eStore’s Breezy Banana theme!

 

 

• If your pet really wants something special, make sure you drop by the Kinzville Park (desktop app only) on Saturday, May 17th and Sunday, May 18th! Look for the Banana Taffy Candy Tree in the park and then click on it to collect some Taffy Bananas each day! If your pet still craves this tasty treat, you can pick up your own Banana Taffy Candy Tree at the Ganz eStore!

 

 

• We are also running another Bake Sale 2 event in the Webkinz Classic Kinzville Park starting TODAY. The Bake Sale 2 Stand will continue to appear whenever there are no other events on in the Kinzville Park until June 3rd! Visit the Kinzville Park each day to look for the stand each day and if you see it, click on it to get your gift box. Inside you’ll find a random baked good which you can either feed your pet, or you can use it in a stove recipe to create a special prize! You can find all the recipes in the Bake Sale 2 Cookbook, available in the “Books” section of the WShop, under “Fun Stuff”.

 

 

• We’ve updated our prize wheels with a second chance at some returning prizes. We’ve also updated the previous prizes on Balloon Darts and Token Balloon Darts!

 

 

 

 

 

Well, that’s sounds like LOTS of fun– lots to do, and lots to collect!
