While we’ve been working hard to update Webkinz World with new games and content, we also spend a great deal of time fixing bugs and glitches that crop up. This allows us to make sure that Webkinz World is in tip-top shape for you, our valued members.
As we announced with the recent update to Webkinz World, we’ve been working hard to fix the Magical Forest Silver Key issue that causes the game to freeze. We have received reports that the issue is persisting even after the recent update, so we are working to identify the problems and fix this bug now.

Update: As announced by the Creative Director on our official Twitter feed, this issue has now been fixed, and the Magical Forest is open again!
