    it’s actually not that great of a deal, spending $45 on something that doesn’t have all that many benefits. just so you know, you won’t be getting MY business until the Deluxe is a better deal. you should either add more benefits or lower the price. the old family plan was a good deal, where the $45 went to 5 accounts, so if you still had that you would get my family’s business. the Deluxe shouldn’t be any more than $24 a year, that’s $2 a month. the month plan doesn’t have all the benefits. I’m telling you, your sales would SKYROCKET if you lowered the price of Deluxe and Signature pets. But hey, i’m just one of your costumers who’s not entirely happy with your product, what do i know?

    I NEED HELP!!!! IF I DELET MY CURREBT DELUXE MEMBERSHIP TO UPGRADE TO A 1 YEAR INSTEAD OF A 3 MONTH WILL I LOOSE ALL OF MY PETS AND STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLZ PLZ PLZ ANSWER ME I NEED HELP!
