Hello Kinzville! Today marks another update in Webkinz World and I’m here to talk about what’s new!
- Berry Fest arrives in Webkinz World June 18– 28! Look for floating berries around Webkinz World, including all 4 berries from Jumbleberry Fields, to help you fill your jars faster for some NEW prizes! There will also be lots of chances for BONUS plays of Jumbleberry Fields on Today’s Activities!
- The Kinzville Bake Sale continues! Collect bake sale treats all around Webkinz World until June 10th! Remember to pick up the Bake Sale Cookbook from the WShop to see how you can combine these magical treats together to create some special NEW prizes!
- The Color Storm Trophy Challenge runs from June 10 – 12! Complete the Challenge by June 12th to win the Color Storm Trophy! Click on the icon in your pet’s room starting June 10th to review your tasks.
- Our next Deluxe Day is on Monday, June 13th! On that day, Deluxe Members will find tons of fun scheduled on Today’s Activities, along with a special prize: a Country Kitchen Pantry!
- Summer Sensation day is on Tuesday, June 28th! Log in on that day for a Picnic Blanket prize, along with a spin on the Super Wheel!
- Keep spinning those wheels! We’ve also once again updated the prizes on the Wheel of Wow for web and mobile, along with the Wheel of Deluxe!

adventure park i dug up everything and still did not find what i need for quest and dose not recognize that i bought flip flops for another quest i pay good money to be a deluxe member and i would really like to have this fixed it has been like this for 8 weeks or more and have the same problems with another account hannah3233

Hi, I’m Charlotte and I am experiencing some issues with my E-store points. I had 12500 estore points but when I logged in last November, there was only 5000. I also did not get the yearly points I’m meant to get with my deluxe membership purchase, and have not revived any monthly points since then. (I’m deluxe.) I would like this fixed as soon as possible as I was saving up or something special. I emailed Ganz about my problem but they said in order to further assist me I’d have to call. However, They can’t speak to anyone younger than 18, and my dad don’t come home from work until after your support team’s phone hours are over. So, I have not been able to revive the help about this I need. If there’s any other way to solve this, I’d love to know. Thank you for listening to my problems. Thanks, Catqueen2014.

I appreciate you changing the blurring screen while changing pets / tasks etc… I do not like the need to scroll to the end of my entire pet selection multiple times (76 pets) in order to visit them daily. Thus far the ‘solution’ from 7 or 8 pages on a grid to scroooooooooooooolling has been a literal pain in the wrist.
you have not fixed the deluxe roller coaster from several years ago. it is a big purple box on my screen. thanks
When your dock stops try taking an item out and putting it in your room, then it should let you continue so that you can find the item that you are looking for. That is what I do all the time, as my dock never goes to the end without stopping (Guess I just have to much stuff). I do the same thing when I am in the W shop I just go to sell, place an item there then remove it again (very careful not to push the sell button) then you will be able to go to the end of your dock. Hope this helps. :-)
do u know when the play pin will get fixed i put it in my room and it doesnt show same with my some of my psi items and with a few of the rare items from super hero theme and the time machine ty
@o@ That country kitchen pantry is sooooo amazing looking! I have the perfect spot in the room I made for my horse, Patches. I may need to add a second room for her, though, as there are so many great country, cottage, and antique items in WW!
