I didn’t get My deluxe members prize In today’s Activities. I haven’t been getting them.

i cannot find a button to claim my deluxe prize on the todays activitys page

It would have been at the top of the Today’s Activities page.
We are just getting jipped out of our prize. Because it’s not there.
It’s not there today, no. It is only available on the Today’s Activities page on Deluxe Day.
I haven’t seen a button either. I looked carefully for it today after reading this. I haven’t gotten any of the School giveaways. I think you should send all of us all of the giveaways so far in our mailboxes. I’ve been a Deluxe member for years, so I know what should be happening and know there must be something wrong with your code.
The school giveaways are automatically put in your dock when you log in. If you check your dock, you should find the prizes for the days that you logged in. The Deluxe Day prize must be collected by clicking the Things To Do menu, then clicking Today’s Activities, and then clicking the GO button next to the event that shows what the prize is for the day.
I know it wasn’t there , the next day. But I haven’t been getting my prize for months. I thought it was suppose to be put in your dock. They changed it , so now you don’t get it. I’m not stupid.

When I click on something floating in my room , It will not let me have it. It won’t go in my dock. I have only seen 3 things in 2 days.

Yes, but you won’t see any notifications.
Sally, will logging in on mobile for deluxe day get us anything or are do you have to be on the computer to get the deluxe day prizes?
The Deluxe Day prize is awarded through the Today’s Activities page, not on login, so you will have to use the website rather than the mobile version to get your Deluxe Day prize.
