Is anyone else having trouble logging on to the mobile site? I haven’t been able to log on for 2 days now on my I-Pad. I don’t want to miss out on these great prizes.
GANZ PLEASE HELP!!!! My deluxe account expires and the clothing on the deluxe dress your pet section- all of my clothing disappeared except for the normal one! There was a lot of valuable clothing there! PLEASE FIX THIS!!! >_<
When you dress the pet that has the Deluxe clothing, it should ask whether you want to put the clothes back in the dock. Alternatively, you can always renew your Deluxe Membership. The clothing hasn’t disappeared — but your access to those slots have.
Thank you for yet another fun-filled, event-packed month! I am most looking forward to the Wacky Zingoz Celebration, as I have done since it started way back in ’08. :)
i cant wait for everything! the only bad part is i’m starting middle school soon so more homework that’ll eat up time and school clubs will also eat up more time. :( But i will try to find time to play webkinz! :)
My mom renewed my deluxe membership twice now ,but i haven’t, got anything yet! not even July deluxe prizes! can i get help?

Will we receive the Give-a-ways if we log in on Webkinz Mobile?
Hi ca11e. You will receive the giveaways on mobile but there won’t be a message as soon as you log in saying that you’ve earned the items. Check your Dock as soon as you arrive in your room though… they’ll be there!
