Could anyone on the Webkinz News team PLEASE EXPLAIN why the decision was made to return to HOURLY ACTIVITIES? As far as remember, and I could be wrong, we players were never given notice or reason for this bizarre change. Were players complaining about the new grouping of activities? Or, and I would hate that this would be the reason, GANZ wants us to be on the computer all day, or have to set alarms to go on for an activity? I would like to think that the Webkinz News Team, or GANZ in general, would have the best interest in Webkinz players. Hourly activities are not! As a player who is detrimentally affected by the return to Hourly activies, I just would like a reasonable explanation, PLEASE.
OK, you finally after more than day off fixed NEWZ and phone at WW, but 3 of us played for Pick-a newz and monthly food and none of us got any of those! We tried to play again and your web did not let us do it, said EXPIRED! So, how about our boxes and food? Can we get them somehow?
It would be nice to get from Webkinz team anything about problem we all have with the phone in WW and about NEWZ problem!
i don’t like the old way were we needed to be on every hour, it was to hard to stay o all day and evening “people do have a life other then Webkinz” even though i do love Webkinz

why, oh why, oh why, can’t we go back to the daily activities being on ALL DAY???????????? So that EVERYONE can do them when it’s CONVIENIENT????????? I REALLY ENJOYED the fact that the activities were able to be done when you had the chance, it was WAY more relaxing too, just to know that i wouldn’t MISS ANY OF THEM!!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE could you go back to the other way?!!!!!!!
When they were all day, there were way fewer of them; so in a way, on that schedule, everyone missed out on ALL of them.

I think that they should go back and put the daily activities so they can be done all at the same time to make it fair for everyone.Not everyone can just jump on the computer at the hours the activity is due. cmsrockz
WHEN will you explain the games this month .What is the TROPHY game ? Its got to be long its not just 1 weekend ! What is the DELUXE item ? CAN YOU FIX the Daily list to be where we can do it when WE WANT TO !! THIS lets me have time to HAVE FUN AND DO ROOMS PLAY for a change !!
The trophy game is the Wheel of WOW; the deluxe prize on the 19th is the Precious Persian Rug. Both have been shown in other articles, it even tells you what the trophy game is in this article that you posted under.
hey team, how’s it going? i have a couple of comments/issues i hope you can address, both regarding “Spend your Money!” here goes: 1- can you please designate whether items are tradeable/sellable, as i do no want to get stuck with an item i already have, but may want to use for trading purposes. 2- i have requested this SO MANY times i wonder what the problem is, but since the only items available are Webkinz and Amazing, could you PLEASE FIX THE PULL-DOWN MENU TO REFLECT SUCH?!? thanks much, -k.

If it’s not tradeable/sendable it tells you in the description of the item when you click the more button under the item before you buy it with your moneyz.

Can anyone tell me why i have not been able to use my estore acct lately? I needed to key in a Deluxe membership and the Collie tells me There is a problem with my request. A few days ago i wanted to buy the .99 1 month Deluxe for one of my accts. The Collie said the same thing. However, i was able to buy 10,000 estore points for 9.99. I called and a man said to type in ganz address in google chrome instead of using a link. I did that; still didn’t work. I think i have a fairly active acct. and should be able to use it with no problem. Can you tell me what’s wrong? Also, why was Ms. Birdy’s job description changed so that she no longer gives a 2 wk notification of status change? Thanks for any help. I have written to customer support.
Whenever it does that to me, I just re-click check-out immediately (I don’t log out or back in) and it always works that time.
