I did everything that Sally suggested and still not working.
Cookies are not automatically deleted when you clear your cache. If you don’t specifically delete them, the Treasure Hunt will not reset. You can also try a different browser, assuming that you haven’t tried the Treasure Hunt and had problems with it already (in which case, those cookies would have to be deleted, too.)

Clearing your cache doesn’t delete cookies, in case that’s what you did. If you’re still having trouble, try a different browser.

Deleting cookies (not clearing cache) will reset the treasure hunt. If you’re not sure how to do it, try starting the Treasure Hunt with a different browser.
Can anyone help me find the hint for the treasure hunt when it asks “what’s going on the month of July”? No matter what I do, I can’t get it to work.

Mine is still not working.
Does anyone know where to find the answer to this Treasure Hunt clue: “Find the list of all of the special reports by the Webkinz Newz team to find the clue!” I went to “Recent News” under the “Newz Blog” heading and searched for “Special Report With”. The result was a list of the Special Reports done by the members of the Webkinz Newz Team members, but the pop up stating I had solved the clue does not appear. Suggestions anyone?
Never mind. I found it. I was having a duh moment. Probably due to the extreme heat. Thanks anyway.
I have contacted Webkinz support and hope it is up and running soon.
