Wow! What a fantastic response to our pet design contest! We had over 3,000 entries and as always it was tricky narrowing the list down. Because it was so difficult to choose, in honor of Webkinz’ 15th anniversary this year, we decided to select 15 finalists!
Now we want to hear what you think! The winning pet will be sold in Ganz eStore starting on Webkinz Day, April 29, 2020.
As always, we look at concepts that we believe would be a great fit for Webkinz World. We are not judging the entries based on artistic talent, but on ideas that we think would make great pets. Please keep that in mind when you make your selection. Whichever pet we select, the Webkinz art department will work their magic to make it fit the Webkinz style.
While the final decision is up to the Webkinz creative department, we will take your input in consideration when making our final choice. Check out the 15 finalists and let us know in the comments below which one is YOUR favorite.

The winner will have their design turned into a real virtual pet in Webkinz World and they will receive a code for their pet when it is added to Webkinz World. They will also receive a 1 Month Deluxe Membership to Webkinz, a virtual Pet Design Trophy, and all ten finalists will each receive a 6 pack of 2020 Winterfest Cookies, courtesy of Ganz eStore.
I think either the Tanuki or the Greater Kudu would be the best out of these.
I’m super happy that 20littlered03′s Cactus Cat made it! It was my favorite when looking at all of the finalists so it definitely has my vote! but a close second favorite would be the bubble googles! And I also love the Tanuki! All the finalists did a great job!

Aww, I’m sad my designs aren’t one of the finalists, but all of these are amazing. It’s going to be a tough vote.
All the designs are fantastic. So many talented people! It is hard to choose a favorite but here are four. Tanuki, Stained Glass Turtle, Icelandic Horse and the Baby Sloth are among my favorites. Would love to have any one of the fifteen. Congratulations to all the finalists!
Wow, what great designs! :D Congrats to all the finalists! It’s a shame all of your cute pets can’t win ‘^^ Anyway, if I had to pick a few favorites… I think they’d be the bubble googles, horse, capybara, and kudu– though I really love them all!
Wow – very cute choices! My favorite is the Australian cattledog, followed by the stained glass turtle. Good luck to all finalists!
I guess my favorite is the Icelandic horse. My real favorite didn’t make it to the finals :( Congrats guys.
Mine, too… these are good though. I saw some REALLY cool ones, though that I expected to see in the finals. What was your fav?

Aww, mine didn’t make it. Oh, well. At least the finalists did a great job! :D The Icelandic Horse, the Golden Peacock, or the Bubble Google are my personal choices. May the best pet win!
