Where do I find the game of the day weekly schedule?
It’s posted every Friday.
I am not sure if I am the only one with this problem, but when I tried to place clothing in the Boutique Clothing and Purse displays, I get a pop up that the item doesn’t fit. Did I misunderstand what we can store in them? Or is this a bug?

Hi Sally. I have a question about my February Deluxe Membership Monthly Gift Box. I didn’t receive it this month neither did I receive my Estore Points. My active Deluxe Membership doesn’t expire till Febuary 11 2022 so It’s not the full month is that why I didn’t receive it or was I supposed to receive it? Any help would be great.
For an annual Deluxe Membership, you will receive 12 boxes and 12 sets of points. If your membership expires on February 11, 2022, that means you got your first box/points on February 12, 2021, and your 12th box/points at the beginning of January.
Will we be able to use the DIY dye bottles from the last DIY event for the upcoming one? Thank you

I will probably do the essential workers challenge. I like getting retired items, but it would be nice to get something new as well, such as the nurse’s hat the calf is wearing and a uniform to go with it.

You can’t, but the new prizes can be won after you spin the Wheel of WOW 15 times. These prizes are after maintenance completes.

When did your Deluxe Membership start? If it started last January and you haven’t renewed, you wouldn’t receive a box until you renewed. If you think this is in error, please contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com
