I can’t log into Next. I press the open button and a connection issue sign comes up and then the loading page just keeps repeating. Please fix!!!
Please check your internet connection — the servers aren’t down, but if your wifi is slow it won’t connect.
I am having the same issue for over a week. Tried 3 different wifi connections (3 different places) and it still says connection issue. Tried clearing the cache and still getting the same message. Should I uninstall and install the game again? Will I lose all my pets?
Uninstalling and reinstalling is a good idea. If you haven’t signed up for an account, make sure you get your recovery key first. All of your pets and items are stored on the server, not your device.
We rebooted our modem and that seemed to fix the problem. Thank you for your quick reply. I really enjoy Next and it’s scary not being able to play. (-:
