Fingers crossed that this account will be awarded the appreciation prize this month. Have emailed webkinz support about not receiving the violet dress or sweet spring rug but have not heard back. Waited for the icon to show but that didnt help. So sad! Trying another email……
I’m having difficulty finding the room to dig for the singing clam. All of the underwater rooms are locked for me. Can anyone provide guidance? Thanks in advance!

I have access to the adventure park but I can’t complete the challenge because you have to use estore gold to buy the Sparky Adventure pack. Whoever came up with either didn’t bother to check what the Sparky pack cost or didn’t care. It should have been put under a Deluxe challenge. Very disappointing.
Hi queenamimommy! The Adventure Pack is awarded for free when you complete the first step of the challenge. Look in the Special Items tab in your Dock and you should find it. When you drag the pack into your room, you will unlock the Sparky’s Scavenger Hunt quest at the Adventure Park. Hope this helps!
was trying to do the adventure scouts and come to find its not for free players as you need to be able to complete an adventure. very disappointed!!!
I don’t have deluxe and I am able to do it. Are you on the second section of it after you earn the “Backpack?” You need to drag the backpack into your room, go to the park, click the icon in the top corner and select the adventure you unlocked from the backpack. You should be able to continue on the challenge.
