I am so sad that I can’t collect the valentines or deluxe challenge for all of the lovely prizes. The early access I have no dock and the game freezes up trying to play and we can’t do any of it on the app. I sent 30,000 points to my account thinking I could skip parts and then realized I can’t. :(
If you’re playing on an iPad, Android device, or Chromebook, the early access has not been optimized for those mobile operating systems yet. You will need access to a computer running Windows or Mac OS to run the desktop app.
Although I have no access to a laptop while I am in the hospital for another 3 weeks, I do appreciate you responding.
If you rotate your mobile device a few times, you might be able to collect valentines. I can sometimes on my phone, but it’s very glitchy.
I am hoping to get my deluxe account activated before it’s too late to get the Deluxe items. I have been trying since January 7th and receiving error messages everytime I try to reddem my code. Have sent four emails to ganzestorecs@ganz.com and webkinzsupport@ganz.com and have not received any reply. Is there something else I should be doing?

I am going to miss all of the free stuff from the Park events, I am and unable to get into it, it says under construction. I always loved the Holiday events.
If you have access to a different machine and a different location, you may want to try that. Not sure what is going on with your particular setup.
I have tried everything and sent photos of what game are missing, spree,tiles, the park, to the tech department. I am greatfull that some of friends send me stuff that they get extra. I always participate in the holiday events.
Unfortunately, there may be something with your specific computer/network/setup that is preventing you from accessing and there’s only so much support can suggest. As mentioned, these are not globally missing — all of these features are available on the desktop app. If you have the opportunity to log in to your account from a different device at a different location, it’s worth trying.
I have the same issues with my laptop! Can you get into the park now? I can but there are white lines “boxes” around everything that won’t let pets swing, etc. Afraid we can’t track people when games call for such in the future. Am really upset about Spree, even though Deluxe can’t get into anything of Todays Activites. I feel cheated, financially too.
I am not the only one, have several friends that can’t play the full game either.
