On Wednesday (the 11th) I clicked on the floating icon and won the special flooring that was being given away. I have 3 webkinz accounts and won icons for each account. I went on webkinz and it showed on each account that I had received my flooring. But when I went to put it in my room, it was not in my dock. I checked ALL my accounts and none of them had it in their docks. I am not happy! Did anyone else have this issue?
The prize on the 11th is a bandana not flooring. (I thought that it was flooring to.)
