The Floaty isn’t coming up for me today 1-21-15 . I’ve logged in daily to get these prizes and now today nothing?? What’s going on with the floaty? Please fix.

i started playing webkinz in 2006!
I’ve been on every day and I have collected everything so far EXCEPT the wall paper from last week! I was on for over an hour, then checked back again later and it NEVER floated by. I’m sad because that was what I thought was one of the best items and I wanted it really badly!! Every other day I have gotten the floaty within 30 minutes if less.
