HEY I FIGURED IT OUT, if you use just the login page link like I did for so long because its easiser, it won’t work. To see the AP videos and the Clubhouse videos, you have to log in from the original Webkinz page, not just the loader page! Hope it works for you, it did for me :)

but it’s not just Canadians who are missing out! it’s all the other webkinz fans who are not canadian or american like me from the UK!! i really feel like i am missing out on this :( i love webkinz!

Ganz doesn’t establish the restrictions. Some are the advertisers and some are laws for certain countries, etc.

The rules are set by the company doing the promotion. This was explained a year or so ago when ONLY Canadians could do one of the contests (Chipmunk if I remember correctly). It may feel “unfair” to us, but it is not a rule coming from Ganz, they don’t deliberately exclude people from different countries so don’t be angry at them!
I am glad you reminded us of that, I also would like to remind you all that they sometimes open it up near the end to everyone. :) Hope they do that again.

Hi Coolgirl127965,I am a Aussie as well and I have been a webkinz member for 5 years,this business about not getting Movie Promo;s is so unfair as we get the same movies and they are released on the same day .It really is sad that we treated like this by Webkinz Please Ganz fix the problem as we do feel annoyed. We have to read how great the things are that the U.S.A get and we don’t :( dew

Yeah, and the frustrating thing is, we all pay for webkinz, so I don’t see why we can’t play the same games and get the same promotion prizes. For the future, we would ALL like to be included PLEASE!!

I have the same problem if I use firefox. Yesterday I didn’t use it, but still couldn’t get in to watch the trailer. It worked the other days. Help!! Also, catch what floating item???? I’m always on & never saw that either.
