Did anyone else receive an invisible cake?? I got mine, but I can’t see it….it’s just a blank square and when I hover over it with my mouse in my dock, it says “Birthday Cake” but I can’t see it? :~)
These problems are usually fixed within a day or two, so you just gotta wait it out
I hope Ganz rectifies this issue. Of course, it would fall on a day when no-one is available. Going to send in a support ticket….. :/

Webkinz won’t load for google chrome or internet explorer. Goodbye Deluxe Day. And I was really looking forward to that cake!!

I tried all day, and did everything to reset and update everything on computers, tried different browsers on different computers – nada. Well, wouldn’t you know, as soon as the new Webkinz day started at midnight, I was able to log on….. So there went Deluxe day for me. Not impressed at all. :(
