when my mom purchased 40,000 e store points a side ad said that you can get a free e store charm with the purchase of 20,000 points. it said that they would email the code to her. we didn’t get it.
Why are the items in the estore priced so high? I love most of the items, but refuse to purchase them because they are expensive!

I used to send my pets to school every day. I enjoyed it. It was fun and it was a big deal when I could finish a class. We used to celebrate by buying a new pet! But ever since you changed something the running and strength move so fast I can’t do those higher level classes. Please bring back tutoring. And maybe dial back how fast it works. Even if I could tutor to level 9 if I wanted to pay for it I will never ever ever ever get through level 10 of strength and speed.
Please! It used to be a fun daily activity. Now I don’t do it anymore even though it’s free.
We forgot to ask our question! What were your intentions when you changed things in the Academy? It’s nice that it doesn’t cost anything but my family would rather have to pay something if it were still possible to get through the classes. Have you thought about changing the speed? Was it made faster on purpose or did it inadvertently happen when you changed the ads on the sides of the pages? It’s really frustrating and especially discouraging for the younger players. No one wants to do it anymore. And because things move so fast and are almost impossible to do, it makes tutoring even more important. Any thoughts being given to bring back tutoring?

Many of us plant our gardens and enjoy reaping the harvest. I for one find it very frustrating selling all the crops. Would you consider a sell all option rather then us dragging each individual item into the store? Thank you for your time .
