One of my most pressing Webkinz World questions would have to be: Why did you start the Webkinz/Ganz eStore?
Why do you want children to spend their money to get virtual items? I think that it is a bit crazy to spend near $20 for a virtual tree. I do not own an eStore account YET, but I am debating on if I should spend my own money to get one.

These are questions I have which I would love to have answered!
1. Why was the Tutor removed from the Academy Classes? Having a Tutor was a big help in being able to complete the classes. I used to go to the Academy everyday but now without the Tutor, it’s too difficult to complete the courses; therefore, I don’t do the Academy any longer.
2. Why is there a daily limit in earning Moolah playing the Hamster games? Will you ever consider removing this
limit? It’s too much fun playing the Hamster games to be shut out in any given day in earning moolah.
3. I do enjoy the KiNZ TV Videos with Stockwell & Ned. They are well done!

4. Why don’t the treetop rooms have snow on the ground like the outdoor rooms in the winter time?
