Baby Showcase #161

Happy Thursday! It’s our first Baby Showcase of 2025 and I’m looking forward to a brand new year of awesome babies.

First up is this gorgeous Gingerbread Puppy. The back is really stunning, with all of the different candy cane stripes. This cutie also got the special Holly Pet Patch from a Candy Cane Cat. The rainbow eyes are a dramatic bit of color — beautiful pet!

While I’m a huge fan of all the different colors that pets can come in, I really like this understated Halloween-themed Orange Tabby! Those spiderweb leg patterns are so cute, and I love how the teal ears and eyes match.

This sweet blue lion gets a unique look from the Teacup Yorkie head pattern. Those sparkly green eyes look wonderful with the silver ears, and the pineapple pet patch adds a lovely splash of color.

Look at this beautiful Legendary Dragon! This cutie features peachy pink wings, an adorable cotton candy pet patch, and yellow paws that adds a fun pattern to its tail!

This is the ultimate aurora Husky! It has the northern lights body color, northern light flair, the sparkly shimmer tiger stripes, and a big full moon pet patch. I love the purple eyes and the delicate pink inner ears.

This pretty pink and purple elephant has a lovely rainbow tetramino back pattern, more rainbow in the form of a circuit breaker flair teal ice skates pet patch, and fun ears and pet patch courtesy of a Disco Rhino! Love this sparkly baby!

Last but not least, we have this pretty peach Legendary Dragon with lava wings, acid green eyes and icy horns. It has some lovely zebra stripes along the back and a fun happy paw pet patch courtesy of an Orange Tabby!

That’s it for this week. Did you spark a New Year’s pet? If so, let us know in the comments below!

These babies are so cute! I don’t often look at the baby wall because I fear seeing any purple (velvety) elephants – it makes me happy for whoever got one, but very sad for myself. I keep trying, but it just doesn’t seem like it’s ever going to happen. For the holidays I saved up diamonds and had 17 babies across multiple accounts. Still no purple elephant. 2 years, I don’t know how many sparks altogether, and I still haven’t gotten one, just one, of those elephants. Since getting a velvety elephant is what led me to playing NEXT, in the first place, I admit that sparking has lost its…spark. Too many let downs. Looking over the dragons I feel the same hesitation. Really cool possibilities, but my odds of achieving them aren’t very good. I really wish we would customize using traits we’ve unlocked.

I wish we could comment on the babies in the adoption center. I see some really cute ones there

is anyone working on CLASSiC Stadium? Please and thank you

What an interesting comment to ask on a NEXT post. Not even related to the stadium. Also why would they be working on the stadium? Classic’s spaghetti code can’t really be changed. It’s been made very clear over the years…

Thank you ^ If you scroll through the posts on this page, you will find Stadium friends posting all kinds of interesting comments ;) and asks about the Stadium. Why work on the Stadium you ask? Becasue it is broken. For some of us; The Stadium is our escape from reality!

Two games. One community. One WW. I am so sorry that the Classic stadium is not working. I am glad that diehard Classic players keep us all updated on the ups and downs in Classic. I really hope that the tech team are able to do something to get it working for all those who look forward to gaming there.
