Yay!!!! I missed these themes so much! I love the new Ichiban Furniture. The bookcase is so cool. I also love the new Beach House furniture. The rug is so pretty. I’m goanna miss the vanity. Luckily, I have one already.
I just love the full tatami mats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can always create a pattern on your floor with them!!
I’m glad to see these themes are back! I like to use the Ichiban theme to build rooms for Signature pets. :)

Me too! They are so awesome! Except I’m so sad they retired the Beach House Vanity or whatever it’s called. And did they retire the cafe theme? I hope I got some of those items before it retired. (; But I’m still really sad about the vanity. I was going to get that for my Sea Turtle a while back but I forgot to.
They didn’t retire it, it’s just gone for a while.

I think they should showcase some Cafes, considering the Cafe theme just temporarily retired. Y’know, to show off some last-minute rooms ‘Kinzers created.
What do I think? Uh, I think I have to spend so much money on my demanding pets that I might not be able to afford any of this. And I also think a lot of this is going to be deluxe.

i put the lap it up pool in my room and it is invisible so my pet randomly swims on the floor. Are the invisible items supposed to be fixed already?
