Dear Sally Webkinz. I know this isn’t the place to bring this up, but I am so distraught, and having received no help at all from GANZ with my problem, I am desperately messaging you. I’m truly sorry to cause you inconvenience. Yesterday, Black Friday, I tried at least a dozen times to puchase Deluxe Upgrades! I kept getting “error” messages, then after my last attempt, a different message appeared that stated, “Sorry, you are not eligible to purchase Membership. You can only buy virtual items/pets with the existing points in your account.” I don’t mean to be whiny, but I wasn’t trying to purchase an upgrade for an account with an existing Deluxe Membership in place. I selected the option: “I want a code for a Deluxe Membership that can be applied to ANY account”. (Since my memory isn’t the best, I take pics so I can quote accurately.) This kind of code was described in a yellow box under the options, and I fully understood the concept. So, I sent messages through the service where FAQs are answered but you can also ask your own question under the category of “other”. Only one was confirmed, so again I took pics of my 2 last messages (with time & date). I called the GANZ eStore Service Desk twice (early enough to be WELL before 5:00 pm) and left detailed messages with my name and phone number and received NO REPONSE. I emailed ganzestorecs@ganz.com. The time here is now 2:30 pm, and I have still received NO RESPONSE; NO HELP at all. Black Friday is over now! I am thoroughly distraught. I really love Webkinz, purchased 2 new pets at a local store Wednesday, bought 3 new pets online yesterday, AND joined The Pet of the Month Club yesterday. However, I would really like to had help with something as significant as this issue. I doubt that I will
receive any response from GANZ now that it is the weekend. Do you think maybe Monday they will repond and be able to help? I hope so. Again I’m sorry to take up your time. I just needed to vent I guess. Thank you for being there. I wish you joy and peace!
I have a feeling that CS was very busy yesterday, so they probably have a backlog. You did everything right with regards to screenshots, etc. I’m sure they will get back to you as soon as they can.

I’ve tried 14 times so far today and all I get is the “error” message. I’ve typed carefully, I even called my bank thinking it was a problem with my card. I’ve tried 3 cards. It is now 11:15 pm …so what happens when I miss this sale due to a website problem?

I had trouble with the estore yesterday as well but was able to solve it by trying a different browser. Safari worked for me. I hope you got it worked out! BTW, love your user, & my cat snores, too!

OMG! sally plz plz plz help me! my dad and me this morning were on webkinz, but he was only with me to help me get estore points.there is a spaecial deal ,one time offer that has 15,000 pts for $5. i kept trying to get it with my dad’s help but it keeps saying game not selected for my estore points. DO U WANT MY MONEY OR NOT!!?? i am already IN the game i want it to go to! and there was no selection anyway. help me sally, i need help by tomorrow otherwise i cant get that turtle dove!!

HELP!! I haven’t been able to get on the Webkinz site ever since you did the last update!! When I type in Webkinz in the search bar, all I get is a white screen with a small green box in the upper right hand corner. Sally, please help!!
Please click the lock next to the address and make sure that it says Flash: allow
I clicked on the lock and it just gives details about the certificate and my flash is up to date…I can’t be the only one having this problem…I pay for the deluxe membership and I can’t even get on the website!!
Many browsers are turning Flash off automatically. It’s not about the version — it’s whether the plug-in in running or not. If it says Flash: always allow, then you might want to try a different browser in the meantime and send an email to webkinzsupport@ganz.com
