This tea set is positively adorable but I’m also rather sad :(. My husband and I purchased our yearly memberships on Black Friday of last year (lol strange to say that!) and it saddens me that I can’t purchase this Zumwhere Tea Set at all. Not a good feeling.
You can always buy another one , in code form and enter as needed :) YOU will get the tea set code , separately :)
Lol yes, possible, but my hubby and I both bought our yearly subs on Black Friday. I realize that the Tea set is lure to get to you to buy a yearly sub, but I just wish they had put it up for sale instead. I’ve no use for a 3rd subscription.
I bought both of my memberships as codes. I thought the Zumwhere Tea Cup Ride would be added to my account when I entered the membership code, but the Zumwhere Tea Cup dispenser would be given as a code with the purchase of membership. This is how the extra item with membership (snowsuit, aurora borealis paper, etc.) has been given in the past. Would love clarification, as neither of the memberships I bought came with the Zumwhere Tea Set code as I expected.
Did you check your dock? It’s a display item under decoration. I had no trouble receiving my tea set or pet code or points. My problem is the Super Deluxe Item that I was supposed to get, the 2023 Zumwhere Ride, did not show up in my dock, the 2022 Cherry Blossom Bridge did instead. I have emailed customer service for support.

The eStore shows the Cherry Blossom Bridge, not the Zumwhere Teacup Ride, as the Super Deluxe Item. We should get the Zumwhere Teacup Ride though, right?
I bought 3 deluxe memberships. But I did not get the zumwher tea sets. I checked my email and my order in the estore.. nothing. How do I get them??
Did you buy the memberships as codes? The item will be added to the account when the membership is redeemed.
I just bought the 12 month deluxe membership for a specific account and not as a membership code. It did not give an adoption code for the Morning Glory Cub or Zum Teaset on my Active Membership information or Order History like previous years. There is also no codes as well in the email confirming the order. I also have not received the Deluxe Membership box but can play as a Deluxe Membership so maybe on the second login the box might come.

pets that come with membership seem to never be emailed to you. when you log into your estore account go to manage my account. then order history click on the one that says membership and you should be able to find it there.
BlueMoonCat I had the same issue! Just emailed support about it too. I’ve never had this issue before, but I hope it gets solved soon as my current membership expires tomorrow!
How to you buy membership with a code
When you purchase a Deluxe Membership, you can choose to apply it to an account or receive it as a code.
The question is about the tea set dispenser bonus item that is supposed to be included with a deluxe 12 month membership if you buy one this month. This should be awarded as a code along with the pet code. It is not about the super deluxe gift.

Hi Sally, my daughter and I both bought membership as codes to apply later when our current Deluxe runs out. She received a code for the Zumwhere Tea Set and I did not. How did she get hers now instead of when it is renewed? Thanks for any info.

Sally the issue is the Zumwhere Tea set Dispenser not the Super Deluxe Item Ride. It has the free dispenser with the purchase. Those of us who bought it earlier today we were NOT awarded the code for the dispenser. I didn’t even get an email after my purchase. I have my order and got the membership code and pet and adopted my pet. My bank already has it processing so it went through but no email and no code for the item that is free with purchase

Yes sally I bought as codes because my accounts arentvready for the memberships yet. Thanks for letting me know I appreciate it.though I did read another person said they didnt get it when they used their purchased code. Hopefully they just didnt find it in their dock, or if there’s an issues, it should be fixed by time I use mine in February..lol

A tiny bit of clarification: The 2023 super deluxe item for a 1 year deluxe membership subscription is the fan designed Zumwhere Teacup Ride. The special bonus, which Ganz often does in January, is that if you buy that membership anytime between Jan. 1-31, they will give you an extra bonus gift of a Zumwhere Tea Set, which looks similar to the fan designed Tea Cup ride, but the bonus gift is a dispenser. January 1st is the only day that the 1 year deluxe membership is being offered at 50% off though, so it makes it a great day to extend your membership, or purchase a code to apply when your membership runs out, which is what I will do, as my one membership runs out later this month. I will be thrilled to get this bonus dispenser as an added incentive for my January purchase! I hope this helps, as the pictures above look so similar that it can be a bit confusing. there are two different items. the ride comes when you enter the membership code. but a special if you buy the membership in January is a dispenser. but no one seems to be getting the dispenser code
