Totally agree. I am hanging on and trying to get the fourth book of the last series. Pokemon isn’t my type of game. The little creepy dudes are weird-looking and annoying. Whereas Warriors actually makes sense. LOL. Well, who am I to say. I’ve never really been interested in Pokemon (no wonder…I’m a girl!) so I never really got into it, so I can’t say that it’s a bad game if I have never gotten the inside look on what it really is. I’m just saying that we shouldn’t start an argument over something that depends on how kids are raised in a family. In my family, I’m raised not to say cuss words, though my parents sometimes do. I don’t agree with slang words, but why should I insult those who believe in different things than I do? Exactly? What’s the point? Yeah, of course Webkinz gets money now. Of course we’ll get new additions to the Webkinz site, or money for new plush pets. But I don’t think that it’s worth having a war between Pokemon Fans, Webkinz Fans, Pokemon/Webkinz fans, etc. I included myself in the war, but that’s because it’s ridiculous to change Webkinz Newz to Webkinz Newz. And some people complaing that Pokemon Haters’ opinions are hurting their feelings, and they return in response with mean things too. We have our own opinions, they have theirs. I think it’s a bit weird that they have an article for pokemon (sorry if I spelled it wrong). I would think it would be on the side like the rest of the non-ganz advertizements. Even so I think it’s mean to call it lame. I don’t play it but I don’t say it’s terrible or anything. I think it’s just odd to have a different non ganz advertizement in an article. They probably were doing that to get money or they sponser pokemon. Sorry if I said anything offensive, but that’s how I feel.

While I agree that Pokeman does not belong on Webkinz (Unless this is some sort of hint that we will soon be seeing Pokemon Webkinz) I am not going to put the game down either.
I don’t play Pokemon personallly but the pictures on the cards are nice and from what my nephew has shown me so far the game is actually good for kids that it appeals too. It teaches strategy, math, patience, turn taking and etiquette. Kids also learn to budget money so they can buy more cards or all the neat toys. Always look for the positive in something even if you don’t like it because maybe someone else who’s cool does. You don’t have to play Pokeman. :0)

Spoiler warning!!!!! There are 156 new pokemon. Pikachu is not available in the games. The final stages of the starters are Serperior a grass type snake, Emboar a fire fighting type boar, and samorott, a water type otter sea lion thing. Hydriegon is a dark dragon type and there is still no dark type gym… :( I can’t wait for black!! :) :D

It’s a bit rude what you’re saying. Yes, Americans DO have freedom of speech, but people already know, + we don’t like it, = you really don’t need to remind us. We may post on whatever article we want, and if we don’t like Pokemon… we can still post our opinion. It’s really tiring to have to write these comments due to fact that people don’t get the memo. And if Ganz rejects this comment, they OBVIOUSLY have something wrong with them. I hope that this problem is resolved, or fixed by Ganz, meaning they remove all ads as this on, and HOP.

Hi, no need to be upset about a Pokemon ad. There’s even a pickle book ad on this page and no one seems to mind it. You are not disloyal if you like something other than Webkinz. I loved Webkinz 10-12 years before Webkinz even existed.
