Hi everyone!
If your Webkinz World account has changed and you wish to link your new Webkinz World account to your preexisting GanzWorld account, you can totally do so! Please follow the steps below.
- Click on your user name in GanzWorld and Logout
- Click on Join (located at the top right side of your browser)
- Click on the Webkinz World logo, located at the left side of the drop down menu
- A login window will pop up on your screen asking for your User name and Password. Enter your Webkinz World user name and password that you wish to link
- A drop down menu will appear and will ask if “..You have a GanzWorld account?”
- Enter your GanzWorld username and password
- And vollia! Your GanzWorld account should now be linked
A friendly reminder, this process will override the Webkinz World account previously linked.
I’m trying to figure out what email I have associated with this account, if any. I use the Webkinz login and it doesn’t give the pop-up asking if I have a GanzWorld account.
I need help with a account Webkinz. I had a old account but I don’t remember the email for it but I have to change the password for security reasons and when I put my pets name in for the last step it says it was wrong. Please help me GANZ!

Is it possible to change our greeting name? I made mine my real name when I was 9 years old and I wish to change it to something I am more comfortable with than being called my real name.
When I get some on Webkinz News, it says “Congratulations Sc_130a130b823d020430680d234b6e2241!” Why is this?
Step 5 does not work for me – I do not get the drop down menu. Please help!
