I went and bought the deluxe membership for my main account with an add-on for one of my daughter’s accounts, and neither is working. The order history and email from the store also don’t list a code for the golden fawn that it shows comes with the annual membership. Have an email in to customer service, but with it being the weekend, we now have days to wait to see about getting this fixed. Also seems posting a comment every few days is “posting comments too quickly” and I should slow down. :S
I would call the main phone number. :)
