Why are items non tradeable; non sellable. They just sit in the dock doing nothing. I wish Webkinz would stop this

We are aware of the issue and this will be fixed on Monday. As a result, we are extending this event by 3 days.
Thank you Michael. It’s good to know this will get fixed. I have been having the same problems and thought it might be just me.
I clicked on the Ski Village Lamp from Today’s Activities but my dock didn’t glow/notify me that a new item was added. Nothing showed up in my “new”, “furniture”, or “decorations” sections of the dock. I also signed out, then signed back in, thinking it might have been an “error” and it’ll show up when I sign in again, but it didn’t. Please fix this, I really like this lamp and wanted to add it to one of my many snow-themed rooms.

Were you able to collect the Ski Village Lamp? I am still waiting to hear back from Webkinz Support.
I clicked on the gift box on both of my accounts and it was invisible and I also looked for it and it wasn’t there.
If you were using the Web, not the app, go to the app to collect. This happened to me as well vie the web, but was able to claim in app.
This is a lovely prize, and I don’t want to sound ungrateful, but could Ganz PLEASE make these prizes kinzpostable? It would be so nice to be able to have more than one on an account, and many of us here have multiple accounts. Thanks for considering this!

It’s from the E-Store and it says it is not tradeable or can be sent via KinzPost. If you need more, it is 2,000 or for Deluxe members 1,000.
