I helped with both challenges and recieved the participation prizes, but when I go to claim the grand prize, it never gets delivered to my dock. Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution?

Sally, I clicked on the claim your prize and it said campaign expired! But the shed WAS in my Dock??? I didn’t click on the claim the prize before this so how did that happen? Also, I clicked the free prize on Today’s Activities to win the “Kinzville Green Iron Park Bench” – but I did Not get that! Can you help please. :-)

The same thing is happening to me:(:( the wall paper did not get delivered to my dock and the bed did not either.:( the only thing that got delivered was the shed. Should I contact customer service? It said to check my dock when I clicked Claim Prize but it never ended up there!:( at least I got the shed:) still… I am sad that the other stuff did not get delivered:(
It does not show up in your dock. It shows up as a message after you login. My screen showed the daily chocolate egg, information for the next challenge and then the prize of the gabled shed.
That is what it showed me for the shed but I never got the wallpaper or the cocoon bed:(:( and I also never got the birds nest:(:(
Also, when I completed the finding the parrot 5 times times thing I never received anything on my webkinz account:( I completed that a bunch of times to!!:(
Yay! I finally received the cocoon bed and the wallpaper! I have not received the bird nest bed though :( Thank you for helping me ganz! The wallpaper looks so beautiful in my room!

I “watched’ it 7 times. Thanks for the shed :D I don’t mind the trash picking at all. I’m waiting for the eggs to fall anyways, I may as well sit in the park ;D Already collected over 20 pieces on 4 accounts. Off to my last account now… we’ve got this :D
Yes! We won the shed! Now, we can win this awesome Cozy Cocoon. I have a caterpillar Webkinz that this prize goes with but I didn’t have Ganz estore points to buy it. Now we can all win it!!! Time to get in those parks and search for trash!!! :D
