If you miss a day, you can always use your eStore Points to purchase a gift by midnight, December 25th. Click on the Countdown to Christmas icon in the SantaKinz room to purchase a gift.
While you’re visiting Ms. Birdy, don’t forget to tell SantaKinz what you would like for Christmas! You have until midnight, December 24th (EST), to choose your gift! When you log in to your Webkinz Classic account on Christmas Day, you’ll get your gift, then don’t forget to pick up your final prize from Ms. Birdy at the Clubhouse!

Please help! I can not get into see Ms. Birdie in the clubhouse to receive my gingerbread house.
I can not get in to collect my gingerbread house in the clubhouse. What can I do?

I love the gingerbread castle, I already decorated my room with it! I love Ms. Birdy’s prizes. My family who play webkinz and I look forward to it every year to countdown to Christmas!

Has anyone been able to purchase an extra gingerbread castle from Ms. Birdy? I have tried multiple times and it keeps saying you do not have enough eStore points to purchase when I clearly do.

The bookcases and red couches are special exclusives that are available when you adopt a Signature Pet. There’s a Signature room theme made up of these exclusives and they are awarded randomly. The Endangered Signature pets have different special exclusives. You can see the virtual Signature pets at the Estore or the Wshop. You might be able to find the room items in the trading room. :-)

Loving all of these even though I’m not sure what a couple are. haha I’ll make sure to never miss even one day.
I clicked on Ms. Birdy and it appeared she gave me a gift but nothing is showing up on the countdown icon or in my dock. I clicked on her again and she said that’s all I have for you today but I never got my item.
