Why did I not receive the gingerbread rug in my dock even though I visited Ms Birdy in the clubhouse?
I love it
I’m an adult too. There’s only certain times some days to log on and when you try and have issues with the Clubhouse then you can’t get the prize it’s no fun. I was having issues again tonight with the Clubhouse. Hoping the issues don’t continue.
I tried to get all of my accounts done for the 1st day but was only able to get into the Clubhouse for 1 of my accounts. By the time I could log in again, 2 accounts had already gone to day 2 so I missed the prize for day 1 on 2 of my accounts. I had trouble trying to get into the Clubhouse again later today. I’m worried I’ll be missing more of the gifts for my accounts.
So sorry to hear this . I am an adult I log on at early morning befor most wake up . I hope this helps lots of folks Grandparents , Moms and Dads are awake when I am there . So you won’t be alone . If you are a child or teen as your parents to help . Show them how easy it is to log in and get to club house. Also it shows they you trust them and nothing bad is on WEBKINZ they can trust you. Trust is always good They can go potty log in get prize and go back to bed in just a minute or so ;) . GL God Bless
