We have to pay because Ganz wants to be a bigger, more sucessful business. If they sell more products for money, they get more money to pay all the people who program Webkinz World, design pets, make pets, and other stuff too.
Personally, I think that buying virtual items with money isn’t that smart, but if Ganz keeps creating e-store items, someone must be buying them!

I am in desperate serach of new rooms! Well I have whole lot but I have 4 beds in each room and still ahve like 50 rooms left over! I need subjects to fill those roooms! Hmm, I have that same problem! I have made every room I can think of but I still have like 10 rooms left over! You can try: Library, Classroom, Play Room, Garage, Garden (If any are outdoor rooms), Living Room, Party Room, get creative and you will supride guests and even yourself! -MS

This is to everyone downing Ganz and the ESTORE, all of you do realize that Ganz is running a business and like all businesses they need to make a profit to stay in business. If Ganz stops the estore and deluxe features, they then lose all the money made from those features. So my question to all of you is: if they lose that profit, will you all be happy with no more free giveaways, less pets being made, and less improvements to webkinz world? Remember the profits made through the estore and deluxe features are what make all these cool new things possible!!!!!

I GIVE UP! I’m so tired of Ganz E-Store please get rid of it. I think it’s a waste of money only your pet can do.I’m saying it once again GET RID OF IT! I don’t think anyones going to see me on it anymore. :sad:

E store is nice but it is a little too expensive and they have more nice things there than in the shop on webkinz. They need to offer more nice things on the webkinz shop. Also limiting all the nice stuff on who can win things and the fact you cannot send or trade so many things. They need to loosen up and let us send what we want to it is our loss if we send and also let us sell what we want to. They restrict too much and also limit too much where you can put things.
I agree with you, WebkinzMom911, but one downer to that is that the things at the e-Store an deluxe memberships cost a lot. That is why everyone is downing the Ganz e-Store and deluxe memberships. But I do agree with you. I’ve never thought of it that way before. Thanks!
Ok, I know I am going to sound REALLY rude right now but I don’t care what you all think! My opinion, my life stay OUT of it, you don’t have to agree and you can IF you WANT to! The power could go off at any time and then what are you going to do estore users? The stuff is on the internet!!! Webkinz can shut down PERMANENTLY at ANY time and then, your $$$ is wasted! If you read on your ”secret” code, it says ( and I quote ), GANZ has the right to modify and/or dicontinue the websight, or access thereto at any time without notice. See? They can discontinue at ANY time, what happened to the estore? It goes down with the sight so all that $$ you used, is waisted! -Silverstar4

This is a VERY good point. Some people don’t realize that Ganz is trying to make some money, they aren’t just making this website for the fun of it! E-store (along with Deluxe membership) is just a little add on to make your playing time a bit more different than most other Webkinz’s. However, e-store is not the choice for me. I believe that you are just paying money for pictures on your computer screen, which seems like a waste. But some kids really want that extra bit, so they pay up. There’s nothing wrong about that, it’s just what they prefer. I really think that Webkinz is awesome as it is!

While all that may be true, Ganz is still making more than enough money on the real plush Webkinz pets, clothes, charms, trading cards, etc… So I personally think that they would still have more than enough money for free giveaways, improvements and all that other stuff without Estore and deluxe.
But, that’s just my opinion. I have mine, you have yours… right?
Anyway, I personally don’t see why anyone would spend real money on a digital picture…

I know this isn’t the place to post this but i figured this will be the most read thread, I went to long onto Webkinz i clicked the log in button and it came up with a white page saying “Hi” is anyone having the same problem or any ideas on how to fix it?

Yeah it happened to me last night ( Australian Time ) Webkinz usually have a Temporary Unavailable message on the log on page . They update on Wednesday evening here so we miss out on the activity’s that start at 4pm we get to do a couple before they close, and then we might get to do the last one or two activities when they re-open .
