UPDATE: While we will not accept images that have computer generated patterns or graphics copied and added to them, participants may use programs like Paint or Photoshop to color and draw freehand. We appreciate that not everyone has a printer and a scanner and we want to make sure the contest is open to everyone.
Halloween in June??? That’s right – because this is your chance to design a Halloween Pet which will be sold in Ganz eStore in the fall. To enter first choose one of six templates provided below: Cat, Snake, Bat, Owl, Rat/Mouse or Frog. Then let your imagination run wild as you create your ghostly masterpiece. When you’re done you upload your final product to the Share Center.
The winner will receive a virtual version of their winning entry, a brand new Pet Design Trophy plus a 1 Year Deluxe Membership. The nine runners-up will receive a 1 Month Deluxe Membership.
The contest runs from June 1-30, 2016 and the winner will be announced on July 15.
A few things to remember…
- You can enter as many designs as you want!
- Contestants MUST upload their work to the Design A Halloween Pet Gallery on the GanzWorld Share Center. Never uploaded to the ShareCenter before? Don’t worry! It’s easy. Just watch this video to see how it’s done!
- You can use any kind of art supplies that you want. Feel free to use markers, pencil crayons, crayons, or other art materials. Go for it!
- Please use the templates provided. Only entries with the 6 different pets will be accepted.
- You don’t NEED to include ideas for this pet’s adoption gifts (PSI & PSF), but you can draw them if you want.
- We can’t accept submissions with company logos or sports team emblems.
- Please make sure you save your images as a jpg, gif, or png.

I added a bat, an owl and a calico cat.
I would, but my designs don’t stand a chance against all the others in the Gallery. Gosh, You guys are SOOOO Talented! Keep up the good work everyone!

I get how you feel dogheart7! So many of the designs are so amazing and much better then mine! But, I think it’s still really fun to try and even though I know that none of my designs are likely to win it was still really fun drawing them! I think that you should give this contest a try, who knows maybe you will win! So far I’ve made 11 but only 5 have been accepted, the Candy Corn Snake, Pumpkin Owl, Candy Corn Owl, Moon Rising Bat, & the Midnight Flyer!!! I hope you like all of them!!! Two are under moderation right now!!!!
Is adding things like horns and wings or extra eyes and tails allowed? I saw lots of added wings and eyes in the share page and wanted to make sure it’s allowed before I waste time adding things to mine when it isn’t allowed.
They are allowed. They wouldn’t have been allowed in the gallery otherwise.

Oh, well then, if I suggested an idea for a PSI to go with my pet, would you guys see it? Just wonderin’, because I don’t think there’s enough space left on the page to do it justice (plus I can only seem to come up with ideas for like… One of them. So I’d feel a little weird only illustrating a PSI on one of them, heh).
