Ella McWoof was lucky enough to snag an exclusive interview with the happy pet!
Ella: How does it feel to finally be revealed to the world?
Decade Dragon: It feels amazing! I was SO excited to be chosen as the winner (thanks to my artist, 4accounts) and now that I’m here, I couldn’t be happier.
Ella: Webkinz is turning 10 this month. What are your thoughts on this momentous occasion?
Decade Dragon: It’s hard to believe that Webkinz is nearly 10 years old! With all the fun that’s happened in the last decade, it’s thrilling to know that there’s much more ahead for Webkinz World. I am very honored to represent their anniversary. Did you see my scales?
Ella: They’re little 10s!
Decade Dragon: Yes, they’re little Webkinz Year 10 logos! And I have Magic W wings and ears to match. *twitches ears*
Ella: Where can Webkinz players find you?
Decade Dragon: I’ll be virtual-only, for starters, and I’ll soon be available at the Ganz eStore. But they have to stay tuned to Webkinz Newz for more details about that!
Ella: Do you have any other news for us?
Decade Dragon: A teaser: remember to keep watching Webkinz Newz for the big reveal of the final designs for my PSI and PSF! I’ve brought along the concept drawings as a reminder.

plumpy is already married to the rhino (i can’t remember his name) they’ve been married for awhile now
She said in a recent advice column (March 11) in the Newspaper that the wedding was in June 17. ☺
The wedding happened on June 17 a couple of years ago. Those advice columns are repeats.
I’m pretty sure Plumpy is already married because I’ve read about it and if you click the Newz Blog button and in the search bar type in Plumpy’s wedding it talks about her dress and etc but I’m also kind of confused because in the Plumpy’s Place in the newspaper it said it was going to happen but I’m pretty sure she is already married.
You must’ve heard it from Plumpy’s Place in the webkinz newspaper. No, she isn’t getting married, she got married about three years ago to Sir Charles Rhineholt. Go to the news blog of webkinznewz and search her to learn more about it. Ganz just does the same questions over and over for Plumpy’s Place, just BTW. I hope I helped clear it up a little bit ;)
Plumpy’s wedding was in June 2012. Go to Newz Blog and in the search window type in Plumpy’s wedding and it will bring up all the stories leading up to and including her wedding.

Yeah it was kind of odd. Congrats to 4accounts on winning this contest but I don’t plan on buying this pet. First, I don’t really want a dragon, I was hoping for one of the others animals. Second, the dragon’s pattern seems very crowded with all those 10s, its just not appealing to me.

Just to say, TenesseeeFrogs2, I do agree with you. I thought one of the bears would win. I was hoping for a bear or a cat. Oh well though.
Yeah, it seemed like that one bear was the one to beat. Personally, I was hoping for that horse, I think it had a star pattern or something? Anyway, this is just like any other webkinz, it may or may not be for me. This happens to be one thats just not for me. I’m not going to discourage someone from buying it or anything though, because I know that a lot of other people do like this pet.
I like the pet & would love a dragon, so if they make it a plush I’ll get one. But man, what a lost opportunity for another horse! I’m actually pleased that the dragon won tho, I thought it was the best design to represent the 10th Anniversary. HOWEVER. Ganz, we just NEED a new horse plush. If you made a A Palomino or an Appaloosa I’ll bet they’d sell out in no time!
I’d like to see some more horses too. I think I have almost all of them so far, the arabian, the stallion, the albino, and the regular horse. Were there any more?
Yes, TennesseeFrogs2, the Clydesdale & the Pink Pony. And if you count virtual pets, the Gypsy Vanner is really cool & I wish they’d make that into a plush!
And, I almost forgot the Pinto, Tie Dyed Pony & Black Fresian. We need a Palomino, at least. And a spotted horse like an Appaloosa would be great!
Or a plush of a black & silver dappled Gypsy Vanner…
