He isn’t showing up in my town. I have seen him in other friends towns when we are on their accounts, but not in mine. I have cleared the cache and tried other browsers, but he still isn’t there. Please fix Ganz :-(

I’ve been going to the map of Kinzville everywhere I go to find Kevin, but I haven’t found him once. Is Kevin common to find? I feel like I’m missing out. Was there a glitch?
