babyssss did u enter your webkinz username and password? after u click “claim prize” a new window comes up saying congrats u won a bird nest bed.click here to claim your prize and enter your webkinz world account username and password. after u click that a new window asking for your webkinz world username and password opens-enter the info and click “submit” the second window will dissapear > the webkinz newz window will be refreshing -wait- a new message saying >congratulations” babysss”< or whatever your webkinz username is-. MACS1- the code shop codes are case sensitive- are you using uppercase letters ? most codes use uppercase letters (capital Letters),this code uses ALL uppercase letters as well as numbers, make sure u enter the code EXACTLY as shown- W24L etc.

I totally agree! My chickadee got the new bed for his treetop room! My friend has her cocoon hammock out with one of her pets enjoying it. I put my shed in one of my yard spaces straight away! I have wanted one for a long time! So many of the Community prizes have been ones that my friend or grandchildren have that I have admired. Plus it is fun working on the same goal with other players. So much fun!
This community challenge has been a blast. Don’t worry, everybody makes mistakes. However, when I enter the code for the free milk chocolate egg at the code shop, a message stating this code does not exist pops up. I rechecked that I copied and entered the code accurately. Still, I get the same message. Any ideas what I may be doing incorrectly? Has anyone else experienced this? Ganz, please help me!!!!

This will be the fourth time I have tried to leave my message. I did not get my bird nest bed from the games!!!!!! I clicked on the button but it didn’t give me the bed!!!!! There has been so many problems with these games!!!! It is great you offer these to us, but if we don’t get the prize why bother to play???
Im not getting the prizes either and i’m a deluxe member and can’t finish my challenge in Adventure park cause the crystal i am suppose to dig up was never there. I dug it all up and nothing. Can’t move on either unless i buy a backpack and start that. Please fix my account. Most of my other accounts work but not this one. No prizes and that’s not fair if i’m doing the requests..
Me either…..I’ve dug up all the holes in adventure park and no crystal. And now I can’t play anymore!!!!
Mia – hope you see this! I had this problem, too. Two things might help: 1} check very carefully and make sure there isn’t a pile to dig hiding behind the little chain that’s across the gates in the rooms. I had that 1 last one that was blocked from view by the chain and a little sign on chain link and I didn’t see it. I only found it because my cursor changed to a shovel when I hovered over it. Even then I didn’t see it but I dug anyway. 2} Change pets! This helped me. The glitch was with the pet I was playing with. Change pets, sign off and back on and go back to your challenge. See if that makes the place to dig show up. If not call Customer service and they can help! Good luck!! :)
