If you did NOT receive your Christmas Gift Box when you logged in on Christmas Day, please do the following:
1) Click on this link to submit a ticket to our Customer Service team.
2) Click “Our question does not appear above’.
3) Fill out the form and be sure to include your username and, if you chose a gift from Santakinz, which gift you chose.
Please only fill this form out once. Our team will get to each ticket as fast as they can.

What if you didn’t log in on Christmas? i was so busy i didn’t get a chance to log on, can you find a way to get your gift even if you didn’t log on that day? :(
I don’t know if you had to log in on Christmas day or not. It would be worth a try to submit a ticket request. You might qualify.

my problem is that I did get my gift on Christmas morning, and I had another gift the night before that was gone the 25th…. I don’t know where it went but a lot of things come & go all the time on the dock…… I got it the week before the Christmas one … would like to know what happened to that box…. I don’t know who I got it… I was playing lots of games to win, what ever…. Just know that I won it some somewhere …. between Webkinz & Ganz world site… So is there any way that gift can be found? name is 49 bluebonnet on webkinz… thanks anyway….
