Didn’t Receive Your Christmas Gift Box?

 

 

 

If you did NOT receive your Christmas Gift Box when you logged in on Christmas Day, please do the following:

 

1) Click on this link to submit a ticket to our Customer Service team.

 

2) Click “Our question does not appear above’.
3) Fill out the form and be sure to include your username and, if you chose a gift from Santakinz, which gift you chose.

 

 

Please only fill this form out once. Our team will get to each ticket as fast as they can.

    I’m getting a little frustrated. Logged in on Christmas day; no gift box. Filled out the form we are told to fill out; still no gift box. Maybe it’s taking a long time to get everyone’s missing gift to them – I don’t know. Could some of you who didn’t get a box on Christmas post whether you’ve received it or not? That will help me know if there’s a problem with the form I submitted. Thank you!

    I received the gift box today. Thank you so much. I really like the gifts. They always do the right thing. Sometimes it takes a little longer, but it’s worth the wait. Just be patient.

    I filled out the form yesterday and submitted it, but still haven’t received my gift box. Have others who filled out the form received theirs? I’m wondering if there is another problem.

    It was strange, when I logged in it said I got it, but when I go to my dock it isnt there. AND when I was decorating my rooms several of the pieces I tried to put and then removed didnt go back to my doc either. so far 3 items I noticed, a store front for my christmas village, a sewing machine table for my craft room and my stone age flooring disappeared when trying out different floors for my new pets room. There may be other items that are gone, but didnt notice. I noticed these because I was trying to re put them in again in a new spot etc. So sad~ it said something like “couldnt load required file” but then it’s no longer in my dock and it wont let me rearrange the furniture in the room now either. Please help me, thank you. ChrissysRanch
