Then, log into your account using the Webkinz mobile app on your Android or Apple device and visit your pet’s room. Your new prizes will appear unwrapped and revealed!

I really love the items! I wish they were kinzpostable though! And I also wish I could just send the boxes to other accounts as well! It would be so cool to make a Kinzpost mail room with them!
i have a 4th gen ipod and it says i need ios7 to be able to add the go to room addition..can you make it for an earlier version? the max i have access to is ios 6.16..please i want these prizes!

ok i put the present in my room then got in my mobile phone and used the webkinz app but nothing in my room on the app? has anyone else had this problem?
The boxes are HUGE!!!! I have a big Webkinz house and all but, I have no idea where I’m going to put them.

You have to drag the items into a room on your Webkinz.com account and then log into the app to see them “unwrap”.
The way you made the packages look online is incredible Its just so well done!
Some of our accts did NOT get their box and still waiting response from Ganz :(
