Then, log into your account using the Webkinz mobile app on your Android or Apple device and visit your pet’s room. Your new prizes will appear unwrapped and revealed!

It is better on the android but it is very glitchy so I got the boxes on the computer and the stuff is really cool!

I logged on yesterday and got this. I put the boxes in my room but I don’t have webkinz mobile. I guess I’ll just use them for decorations then since I can’t open them?

I got the box but after I putting in my room and went to the mobile app, it disappeared. What am I supposed to do now?
We’re working on a fix. Hang tight for a few days and it’ll reappear, or contact Customer Support (webkinzsupport@ganz.com) and they can manually replace it.

I log in and no box!!!! No box at all anywhere!!!
OK, so what’s happened is that you have to 1) Drag and drop the boxes into your Webkinz.com room 2) THEN open your Mobile App to see them unwrapped. If you logged into Webkinz.com and didn’t open them and then went into the App, the system won’t show your box in your Dock. However, it’s still on your account, just not visible — we’re working on a fix that will make them visible again. So hang tight!
Ok am trying to understand (and thank you for answering, btw) but if I used my Mobile App for account#2, it would also affect my account#1 which had the original unopened box in it? **To be clear, I had not yet dragged and dropped the original box into any room** on that account. I had logged in to both accounts on the Mobile App to spin the WOW, but am almost certain it was before I did the update which added the room feature?? Am I ever confused–but I take comfort that it is not just my account and that the issues are being worked on. I just hope I get my **gift box back** (and that the items become kinzpostable). HAD I decided to drag and drop the original gift box into a room, my plan was to keep the wrapping wallpaper and the shipping crate boxes on this account–would have been/will be the coolest wallpaper ever!! Crossing fingers now…thanks :)
HELP PLEASE! PLEASE POST AN UPDATE AS TO WHAT IS GOING ON…I had already rec’d my box, but had not opened it on my main account (yes, was hoping to keep the box unopened or at least the “boxes” from the box unopened and the wallpaper as it first appears. NOW
What are you suppose to do with it when you don’t have mobile acct How do you get it removed from your account even after you open it up not knowing you needed mobile to use it.
