Phew, what a week! I’ve been busy blogging in the Clubhouse all week and today is my last day to hang out. I hope you’ve all come by to say hello and get a special gift from me. Also, be sure to click on the Podkinz booth to get a collectible coin!
Did you get a chance to meet with Sally, Steve, Mandy and Mike? I have a feeling that you might meet them by chance later on… and maybe they’ll have some more signed posters to hand out. I know Sally stopped by for a special visit just so I could have my own autographed poster!
I know I’ve had a complete blast this last week, and it’s always great to meet you all. I hope you had fun, too, and just maybe we’ll get to do this again sometime soon! What was your favorite part about Webkinz Newz Week? What would you like to see next time?

NONE in ound of sad. We all sent them friend requests but none of the NEWZ hosts sent anything to any of us. It would have been a phone call to let each know or a click to tell each. But none.

I loved everything about Webkinz News Week, it was awesome! I added Mike to my friends list, and got a signed poster, and I also got a signed poster form Mandee!!! The whole thing was great, and I plan on making a room with my Webkinz merch, but sadly I didn’t get a Sally poster…
NEXT YEAR could we get the BULLETIN BOARD !!! I renewed grammys Deluxe today she got her Deluxe box but NO POINTS !!! I MAY NOT BE ABLE to get her the DUCKY TUB !! I am feeling a lil panicked. Tomarrow with the Dex Challenge doing a few accounts and then this one may be TOO MUCH for me. SHE when she’s on and puter fixed can run circles around me .
Gramma will get her points in a day or so. They are always delayed. It’s been that way for a while. Just to warn you, the boxes and points will probably be delayed NEXT month (and thereafter) until they get it all sotrted out, but it has happened every month for a while now. We get the points and the gift, it’s just it doesn’t always show up on the first day. Just to save us all a little grief.
I’ve been having trouble logging on to Webkinz today. Is something going on?
I’m having trouble logging on as well, both on my laptop and the mobile app on my ipad. At least now I know it’s not just me. :)
Starting Sunday afternoon we were not able to log in under any of our accounts. Tried multiple computers, operating systems and internet providers. Still experiencing issues today loading certain activities.
ok not just me thanks. I got cut off around 9 PM eastern tonight probably with tomarrow being a big day they need time to change things
I saw on a message board that others are having trouble too. We have 8 accounts in my family (4 deluxe and 4 helper) and 3 of them wont load. And they are all deluxe accounts! Luckily my cousin and i had finished the challenge on all of those and only had 3 regular accounts to finish today and they all loaded fine! :)

I am still hoping to get Steve’s signed poster. It was a fun week but a lot of work for the Newz team and everyone trying to do all of the newz week activities.
My favorite part was that you guys came up with this cool new idea for Newz Week. It was a bit rough around the edges as first times sometimes are, but I was happy to see the words “next time” in the article. Sorry you were a bit overwhelmed by your multitude of adoring fans! (LOL – who didn’t see that coming!?!) Ella in the Clubhouse worked great though, as did the floaties & Challenge. Perhaps for next time a News Conference room in the Clubhouse with hosts on a schedule of appearances like this time, only the prize could automatically be awarded when you enter the room, so there isn’t so much stress & disappointment. I sympathize with everyone who lost out this round, I had a similar experience. Finally saw Mandy one day but couldn’t get through the throng to do the deal. Darn! I really did want to add her. Maybe later, as Ella says they’ll be showing up unexpectedly. You never know!
Or maybe a Clubhouse room done up like a red carpet event, where fans could line up to meet their favorite Newz Team celebrities! Again, the prize automatically awarded upon entering the room, and if you get through the line you get to ask the host a question, like the players are the reporters covering the event. So you automatically collect the whatever & have a chance at asking the host a question. It would still be insanely busy, tho! Mandy, Michael, Sally & Steve, I admire your fortitude for surviving the last week!
Agree with 1Emerald1–my favorite part was that you guys came up with such a great idea to celebrate and feature WKN. Also: I loved being able to visit Ella McWoof every morning, because she’s such a cutie. (I love her blogs!). It was fun having a chance to meet the WKN Team, and even though I didn’t get to meet anyone, I’m not going anywhere; I plan to remain a permanent resident of Kinzville. (12 years and counting!) So I’m sure there will be plenty of opportunities to catch up with Michael, Mandy, Sally, and Steve sometime in the future. GREAT JOB you guys on making this event a lot of fun!!! And Mandy: thank you so much for the cool Mandy Webkinz signed poster; it was in my Kinzpost. My pets and I love it!
I really like the idea that they could show up. I hope they mean randomly throughout the year and not just during the promo. Lots of us aren’t able to get in or on every day and it gives us a bit of a chance if the hosts pop in now and again.
Yes, and although I know that they work during the business day in the Eastern time zone, it was so disappointing for those of us on the West Coast. I got home an hour after all of the hosts left so I never even got to see what it was like. maybe a good thing though – I’m not good in crowds. We did get the challenge done though and my cousin is going to set up a talk show room LOL. I am sending her a couple of my cameras (we have multiple accounts)
