Your points could be in your Ganzworld account. You have to go there and click for them to be moved to your Webkinz account. I had this same problem.
I am deluxe and sometimes the 1st of the month I don’t get my points either and it usually takes about a few days to show up in your account, or ganz account. If you don’t get them soon then I would say to call ganz so you can get your points. I called when I did not get mine and they gave me my points. Hope this helps bonesbongo!
